Our 10 year wedding anniversary will be in 2009 and my DH suggested that we renew our vows during our annual anniversary trip in October which I agree is a great idea (yes I know we're planning ahead).
To give you a bit of background I should mention that our wedding anniversary is October 31st. For our wedding, we held a Halloween party the evening of Saturday the 30th and then the Justice of the Peace came to our house just after midnight to do the wedding ceremony. We wore our costumes for the first part of the evening then around 11:30 we got dressed for the wedding. The wedding was unique, a lot of fun for everyone (we only invited about 20 family members and close friends), and cost us less than 1/8 of what a traditional church wedding would have.
But back to the question at hand ... Has anyone ever renewed their vows at Universal?? What about during a special event like Horror Nights? Can it be done, or are we just hoping for the impossible???
We're really not interested in renewing our vows at Disney as the cost is a little too pricey as well as a little too formal for us.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.
Bonny
