UGH - have I mentioned that I really, really don't like this Financial Management class? Every week it feels like I sludge through but I am only 2 weeks away from it being over - Then a whole 2 months off, I cannot wait!

I don't know about you all but it is really hard to leave him when we go away...I know I sound like a sap.... LMAO We are really lucky though my mom aka nana watches him while we work and if we go away anywhere...so he is double spoiled...

I completely understand the mushy sap part of being a dog owner. We plan our trips around the kennel! I call them first before we confirm dates. If the kennel doesn't have room, we change dates! I have to know our pups are taken care of!

Good Monday? Isn't that an oxymoron? I ventured back to work for a couple of hours today. Next Monday is my track on day. I've gotta get my naps while I can! I love naps!

We're at a weird time of year where we are. It could be cold enough for the heater in the morning and warm enough for the a/c in the afternoon. Weird Nevada weather! I'm going trick or treating with my 2 year old niece tonight! She's going to be a pirate! Have a great day!

Val, did you get snow a couple of weeks ago? We got 4-5 inches but it melted within a couple of days. I thought the same storm might come your way.

I don't mind the snow, but driving with ice isn't my thing! We need a harsh winter. With that flood downstream last January, our camping lake was almost empty all summer. We need that water here in the high dessert! Remind me I said that if I do any complaining!

Trick or treating with a 2 year old is fun! Just keep telling yourself that your class is almost over! Do what you need to in order to get the grade you need, then celebrate!

I'm fighting my urge to nap! I've got all three dogs snoozing and I soooo want to close my eyes, but I go back to work tomorrow and my nappin' days are now weekends only!

We had some icky cold rain that froze overnight the weekend of the 11-12th. It wasn't quite cold enough for snow most places. They might have gotten a little bit over by the foothills, but we didn't where I am. We'll be in the 70s all week!

We had a nice start to this week, but starting yesterday it got cloudy and rainy and it will be a lot cooler (50's during the day, 30's at night). It rained at our football game last night and our mountains are covered with snow this morning! It's supposed to be really icky tonight for the trick-or-treaters.

Yep, that's forecast for next week, but today through the weekend will be glorious and warm. It's the first time in years that trick-or-treat will be pleasant weather! We're expecting lots of kids tonight.

Well everyone - just thought I would stop in and share my current drama We had been looking into moving (to a new state) for a while and things suddenly fell in place.....so I am scrambling to get packed and ready to go. That in the middle of 2 weeks left of school with the class from and the other class that I don't really love. So fun stuff!

Meanwhile weather is beautiful here too - well back to packing and ignoring my textbooks
