10% discount for CMs

Hi all,

We just came back from our first cruise and we missed our opportunity to secure a new reservations because DW didnt think she wanted to go again. We'll now we want to book a Nov cruise. I called and Disney said no discount because we did not book it on t he cruise. Do they ever offer the discount to Castaway members after they sailed?
