10 Days til Disney, Any tips????

Starting my 1st PTR! We booked our trip in January and had 177 days to wait, now we're only 10 days until we leave, 11 days until we're arrive at Disney!!!!! Did I mention this is a surprise trip? for my DS 10 and DS 6?! They just think we are taking a "road trip" and stopping at a bunch of different places This is our 1st REAL family vacation with just the 4 of us. Last time at Disney was 5 years ago with 5 other family members.
We are staying at Carribean Beach Resort, which I LOVED on our last trip!!! We have the Dining Plan with 1 TS, 1 QS, and 1 snack a day. This is the 1st time we've used the DP. We have reservations at Shutters, Tusker House, Teppan Edo, Liberty Tree Tavern, Hollywood & Vine, 50's Prime Time Cafe, and T-Rex..... I have "pre-calculated" our tip amounts and have them in envelopes. Any other tips to prepare? I can't wait to share my adventure with you!

what fun. Can't wait to read about how you surprise the kids. We tried to suprise my girls once. Said we were going to FL to visit FIL and his wife, but since they at the time mostly associated FIL with disney they figured we where going to wdw.

No tips for you except to enjoy! You sound like you are overdue for a WDW trip! I am also curious to see how your surprise turns out! We too are going to surprise our DD's for our September trip!

We're driving so it's going to be a really last minute surprise! They think we are taking a "road trip" to see a bunch of different places. We will be stopping to spend the night in southern Georgia so I have "presents" wrapped for them when they wake up the morning of our arrival day that will be a "clue" as to where our "first official stop" will be. In the presents are personalized Mickey t-shirts with their names on them and the year 2012, a pair of Mickey ears, a disney gift card (for spending money), and a map of the Magic Kingdom. I can't wait to see their reaction!!

I don't have a signature b/c I'm new to this and haven't figured that out yet
The last time we were at Disney was 5 years ago, when my youngest son was only 9 months old, and my oldest was 5 . It was a big family thing with 10 of us so I didn't feel like we had much "freedom" to really enjoy Disney the way I would like.
I have been incredibly vague about our road trip. I said that we're going to head straight down to Florida and then told them all of the states that we are going to "stop" at on our way back north. They have NO IDEA!! My DS 6 asked if we could stop to play tennis in Tennessee!!
