10 day world pass

I know this is going over old ground a bit, but I've just rang TCD about the new 10 day world pass (the old one wasn't valid for use after 31st october, but the new one for £215 is valid for use up to 31st december). Anyway, i was told specifically that the character breakfast was only for use in AK. Is this the same one that everyone is talking about on here, but people are using it elsewhere anyway - or is this a new ticket/voucher which is more limited in its use?
I really don't want to go to breakfastasaurus or whatever it's called - now Boma - that's a different story,....

I understood my voucher to mean that it has to be exchanged (presumably for another voucher) at Animal Kingdom customer services. I will go home and check it again.

When I bought my pass I got the character dining voucher with it and it could be used at any Resort Restaurant and Restaurants in Disney-MGM Studios & Animal Kingdom.
