Hi, we bought our tickets last year from Keith prowse who send them out 10 days prior and like all of you was worrying in case they didn't arrive, but to assure you, they do arrive.
They are sent out via recorded delivery 10 days prior which arrives at your house the next day. We are doing the same again as I have a little more faith, this time!!
