You can do almost all of the activities at Disney Quest with no extra charge.
You pay for some physical items you take home, such as Sid's plastic toy with the mismatched leg, or the CD of the impromptu singing you did in the music booth. (Or you can leave them behind and not have to pay.)
Games that issue coupons redeemable for prizes require payment. Not sure if any of those are left.
If you used up the last theme park day yesterday or earlier but there are some fun visits left, you can still upgrade the ticket (within the first 14 days of any usage).
Don't forget that tickets are not transferable. You may not add water park fun to one magic band and that person taps the mickey sphere again and again to admit the whole family (It'll stay blue for the second and succeeding.)
