Hi!

I have a question, maybe is a stupid one, but here i go.....I'm goin to WDW for 10 days for christmas, have a reservation on property w dinning plan and a 10 day base ticket....today my cousin gave me as a present (he's a cast member), 4 park hooper tickets...so can I use all tickets to get FP+ ?.., I mean there will be days that i would have 2 tickets, can a get my fast passes using 2 different tickets same day?? That means I could get 6 fp+ in one day?:confused3

My understanding is that you would have to enter the park twice, using a different ticket each time. That should activate them for use.

That I understand too, but would I be able to make FP+ reservations ahead with all tickets?

Any chance you could upgrade the 4 day tickets to 10 day and save your 10 day tickets for another trip? Seems a huge waste of $ for a few extra fast passes if you could do this.

The problem is that i have the dinning plan on the 10 day base tickets, the other 4 cant have dinning plan, I was going to downgrade the 10 base so I save money but it was not worth it :(, I'm very confuse on what should I do

Just curious why it wasn't worth it to downgrade the 10 day tickets to say, 6 days? The extra $42.60 could go towards something awesome. If your stay is 10 days, you'll still have 10 days worth of the dining plan and you can use it in the parks even on the days you use your CM PH tickets.

I thought you could have any ticket removed from your magic band to a regular ticket for later use. At least you used to be able to do this with KTW cards.

When I called yesterday to downgrade to 7 days, they told me that the dinning plan was goin to be downgraded to 7 days as well, I could not get the DP with the CM tickets. Thats why I decided to stay whith the 10 base tickets. :confused3

Do not understand exactly what you are trying to do but I can tell you that you can add as many park tickets to a magic band as you would like....
The problem is you need to put them in the order you would like to use them OR you can have the resort change the priority when you want to use them.
I have multiple tickets all of which are or were 10 day non expire... I only added one and made FP reservations using that as I was told I do not need to use that ticket to get in to use the FP reservations. Yes I could likely then wait and get 3 other fast passes at the park but I highly doubt I will do it unless it is very crowded... rarely used FP in the past and had no issues as I have been there so many times I know where to go and when to avoid the crowds for the most part... we shall see if this has changed...

It is my understanding if you enter the park using the tickets on your MB, you can use the FP's linked to the MB ticket.

If you go out and enter the park again with the other ticket you were given as a gift, you can then use the FP's linked to that ticket.

I believe you have to enter the park with EACH ticket. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.

That was your original question, correct? Can you use BOTH tickets to book FP's each day? Yes you can! (What a great "gift", especially during the busy Christmas week!)

It's an additional cost, but my recommendation would be to upgrade one of the tickets (probably the 10-day) to non-expiring. Then you won't lose anything, but you pay for the privilege. I think using them just for additional FPs would be a bit of a waste, but that's just me.

Will you be going back and could save the 4 day PH for another visit? The price of a 4 day PH is $377. But if you are not going back and just want to use the for extra FP+, I think you would have to set up a separate MDE account with just those CM tickets on there. Can CM tickets be linked to an MDE account? If so, I think you just have to treat those tickets like you are on offsite guest and do FP+ at 30 days. You are still going to have to exit the park and go back in again to activate the second ticket. I don't see how the system would let one person have 2 tickets on the same account being used on the same day.

I agree, they would have to be in separate accounts to get advance FP+ on each.

You would need two different accounts to make more than one FP+. As far as the tickets you can have more than one ticket in your MDE account. You can also choose which ticket is active.

I may be confused, but if you link the 4 day tickets and upgrade to 10 day tickets, can't you just have them set that to a higher priority and save the purchased 10 day tickets for later? Just because you have the ticket entitlement, you could use the CM ticket for park entry and fastpasses (via the magicband), but still use your magic band for dining plan?

If the 10 day ticket is never used, wouldn't you just be able to use it next time? (expiration clock wouldn't start ticking)

If I read correctly, she will use all 10 days on her 10 day ticket, so the 4 day ticket won't be enough for the days she needs. Someone did mention paying for the non-expiring option if she would be back anytime soon. I think the OP likes the option of getting 6 FP's for four of the days of her trip due to the crowds she will experience during the Christmas week and just wanted to know if it would work.
