10% charcter meals with ap

According to my notes from when we got PSs for Ariel's breakfast for May 26th, it would have been 32.21 per adult and 17.34 per child.

Which matches qbb's report! :)

I personally think it's just nutty that Ariel's is so expensive, and it was one of the reasons we canceled it. I'd rather just "pay" by spending the time in line to meet 3 random princesses. Then again, I have a boy who likes meeting princesses but isn't *wild* for any one in particular, and we're vegetarian, so wouldn't be eating much of the food anyway. :upsidedow

Disney Dining confirmed that off peak times are $5 less/person. However, the price for Minnie's does not include tax and tip.

So off peak prices:

Goofy's - $32.21/adult $17.34/child (includes tax and tip)
Minnie's - $25.85/adult $12.92/child (does not include tax (8%) and tip)
Storyteller's (buffet) - $24.77/adult $12.92/child (does not inlcude tax and tip)
Ariel's - $32.21/adult $17.34/child (includes tax and tip)
Lilo and Stitch - $27.25/adult $14.86/child (includes tax and tip)

but if you have an AP that $2 difference will take care of it...and I never leave a tip for a go get your food yourself meal so if you want to include a tip thats on you

Jade, Ariel's breakfast is still new, and is not yet listed even on Disneyland's website as being an option. They might not even HAVE vouchers for it.

It does start to show you the value of at least one AP for the discount, doesn't it? :)

lol yes but even if we get an ap we arent getting it till umm...friday our last day there (becouse the mm's of course then you have my DH who says why dont we just get AP's and not get the 5day hopper we dont need MM lol and we could be doing one of our three brekfests on a MM day
lol
and now now he says well we already saw the pincess maybe we dont have to go grrr lol

way too much conflicting information

If you are going to post prices, I would advise that you carefully check and specify:
1) regular, AP discount, vacation package, GAT ...
2) the exact name of the character meal
3) breakfast / brunch / lunch /dinner
4) off-season or peak period
5) tax and/or tip included in price

Which conflicting information? I have posted the peak and off peak character breakfast prices as per Disney Dining. The GAT prices are all $26.50 (except no Ariel's breakfast).

and now after alll this i do rember the only thing i ate there that was good enough is the fish and chips lol my dh had it and i could see that for lunch but still not shrimp like id excpect ariels to have lol

But hay we will keep looking talkign and decied (we may just go to lunch..but hay if the pics from others look good enough we wills tick with brekfest and just pay the extra money..

Is it new that the price for Minnie's & Friends doesn't include tax & tip? We ate there once 2 years ago and I swear it was included. Or is it maybe included in their peak season price? It's good to know that it's not included since we're eating there on this upcoming trip.

Is it weird to anybody else that they would include tax and tip on all of the other meals in the list price, but not on this one?

Just went to Minnie's ion April and the $25 adult price included tax and tip, unlike what they told you!! Also, just did Goofy's in June, they told me it included tax and tip and imagine my surprise when my mom paid and it was much higher than we originally figured!! It did NOT include tax and tip!!

Yikes - that's strange!! I talked with two different CMs today about pricing (August versus October) and they BOTH told me the same thing Minnie's and Storyteller's do not include tax and tip, but Goofy's, Ariel's, and Lilo and Stich do.... I have no idea because when we went to Goofy's and Minnie's in May we had the vouchers, so I really did not pay attention :confused3

which brings me back to what I said in the beginning...rather than saying nani nani ****oo I was right:lmao:
