I know that this was two months ago, but I didn't have the internet for awhile, and I was wondering what everyone thought about the food that night. I know there were other DISers there.
I really liked the pumpkin amaretti ravioli, moo yang pork, spice and sizzle rack of lamb, the seared quail, slow braised-pork belly with lentils, the sea scallop with watermelon, the seared angus beef with squash puree, and the chicken and water chestnut lollipops. My favorite though was the butternut squash gnocchi. I thought the desserts were great that night too.
