My son and myself had such a good time on our Disney Cruise last August (2007) we decided to book another. This time tho, we are taking MY parents!
Yep, the Grandparents are coming this time
They have never cruised before, and were quite reluctant to cruise this time, however given we have waited 407 days, the closer we get to the cruise date, the more excited they seem to get.
New clothes, new shoes... and a great attitide! They are getting as excited about this "trip" as my son (turning 8 on the Cruise) and I are over going again!

I honestly think Disney is the only cruise line I will ever cruise with. I can't see anyone topping the excellent service, and one on one feeling that we got from all the staff on the Ship. Seriously, we got to know our Housekeeper Brian so well, my son still misses him to this day!

Anyway, hope to see some of you on this Cruise, maybe we should all wear badges or something so we "know" who each other is!

Two birthday parties on the Cruise..... Opa; October 5/32 and Skyler; October 6/00.... a couple of great kids!!!!!

Welcome aboard. Hope the grandparents enjoy themselves. My parents are joining us on this cruise. They have never cruised before either. They are getting excited & a little stressed as they are flying over on their own.

I can't beleive that that our group is beginning to travel. Jan posted the first thread back on January 31, 2007 - look how long we have been chatting and getting to know each other. I can hardly, hardly wait to meet everyone and to get back on the Magic.

I totally understand that you had a cut off date...but if anyone does have any extra, that would be wonderful! We are just happy to be going and being involved in all of the fun! I have talked to Denise (MommaluvsDis) and she did explain that it was too late to join the FE group...but if there were some families that had extra they could put us on their list! We are totally fine with that! I do like your idea about another FE list with the new families...

Not sure how many Canadian families are on our cruise, but I'm sure that Canada is well represented...Vancouver, Red Deer, Cambridge, Beemsville, Burlington, Barrie, etc. We are also celebrating two birthdays during the cruise including my son's 18th. I notice that you call your parents Oma and Opa...just like our family...put a smile on my face

Hi everyone! Just trying to catch up on all the posts. It's been a crazy week at school.

Welcome to all the new members of our group! We are a big and happy gang.

I can't believe how many birthdays are going to be celebrated in this group! my dh (Chuck) is turning 40 on the 5th. I have a Rasul booked. I'm a little frightened, to tell you the truth. It's a secret, so shhhhhh!

I think I sold a Disney Cruise last night. I was having a pelvic ultrasound (I know, ugh). The tech struck up a conversation about what I was doing this weekend. I told her I was picking up last minute things for our trip. She began asking questions, which of course I was more than happy to answer! She said she might book one for her tenth anniversary in May. She wrote down dreamsunlimited and disboard info from me. I really think I should get a commission, don't you?

I'm off to shower and shop! In two weeks we'll be in the terminal!!!!!!

Wow thanks for the great Howdy! We are all the way from Sunny St Albert (which is about 25km North of Edmonton); Westerners!

I understand everyone is meeting somewhere at 3pm, can I meet there too? Would love to meet some of you, even to just say HI and a friendly face on the Cruise.
