I'm in for fish extenders, I'll do Wed/Cozumel. We are in room 8072.

Also, my girls are looking to meet some kids their age. Mine will be 11 and 14 on the cruise and heaven forbid they have to hang out together.
Let me know if there is someone they can "chat" with on the Jr. board. I tried to get my 11 year old a name, but every time I fax the consent form, it never goes through.

Anyway, looking forward to warmer weather. It's spring break and I think we are going to go to a nearby waterpark. The thought of a swim suit is frightening but the humidity and umbrella drinks sound good!

Not to change the subject on Fish Extenders. I this idea and am SO happy that many are taking part in this! I think it will be so much fun and another great way to interact with each other.
I was just wondering about our meet the day we get on board. Where is that usually held, at what time, etc.....
What is usually involved in a Dis Meet?

Hi everyone

I've been busy changing all our plans here.

We are now flying down thanks to Jet Blue having a super sale . I hope they don't go under in the mean time.
Still coming in on the 3rd, only arriving rested instead of dog tried from driving 18 hours. Staying at the Radisson still but instead of the king bed suite I changed to 2 rooms. Crazy, it was a dollar cheaper, LOL. Now no one has to sleep on a boney pull out sofa. Anyone else have plans to stay there? It would be nice if we could meet by the pool.

Geneva was over yesterday and all she and I talked about was our cruise. We just can't wait.

Ashley(11) was online last night chatting with some of the kids. Sounds like their all going to get alone great. She's a bit of a tomboy.

Diet is not going so well I made a appointment to see a doctor for extra help.

Where did you find this schedule? It's different from the one on DCL website which is why I am wondering. According to DCL, onboard in Cozumel is 6:30. Hate to cut my time short, but don't want to miss the boat!

Hey Ginger! We are flying Jet Blue on Friday out of IAD. I have a feeling we will probably be on the same flight! Gotta love JetBlue and their live tv! Sadly, we are staying at the Fairfield Inn by the airport so no Radisson for us. We are staying at FI on points so I am not going to complain about a free room.

I've been reconsidering MNSSHP because of time and money. I am worried we will be too tired to enjoy it. We are driving down on Thursday, and should make Orlando Thursday at dinnertime. On Friday, we are going to Sea World for the day. Our "must do" is T-Rex Cafe if it is opened, RFC if not. My latest schedule is to go to T-Rex on Thurs night for dinner, then go golfing at Fantasia Gardens. Friday we will do Sea World, then go to Fort Wilderness for the campfire and movie... my kids would love this, but it never fit into my schedule. If possible, we will do the Haunted Hayride, also. We are going to stay on property at one of the values Thursday and Friday, then drive to the port Sat AM. I'm kinda looking forward to staying on property without the push to get to the parks!

DH and I were thinking about MNSSHP on Friday 10/3. I would hate to be so close and not attend. MNSSHP is my absolute favorite, esp the Headless Horseman!
But the more I think about it, I think we may skip it due to the fact that we will be flying at 7am from Philly to Orlando on 10/3. That means a 2:30 am wake up for Chris and I.
I just think we'll be SO tired from our early start. Not sure where we are staying. It's either the Hilton or with friends in Windermere. As it gets closer we'll know for sure!

It very well could've changed, go by what you find on your Navigator! That's why I'd never buy a cruise guide as it's always changin'!

I mainly posted so that everyone could pick their delivery day. What will you be wearing on Cozumel day so we con pick you out of the crowd standing onshore as the boat pulls off?!?!?!?

PS You're all gonna learn real quick that I'm a blonde!!!!!

Beth and Ginger, We are planning to stay at the Radisson on Friday also. Not sure yet if we are going to do the MNSSHP or not. DH said possibly. The boys will be just as happy to swim Friday evening. If we get there early, it would be neat to meet Friday night. My boys will be 13 & 10 on the cruise. Patrick and Payton both post on the kids site. Ginger, Patrick has already been talking with Ashley.

Hello all! I feel like a missed out on a week's worth of posts!

I reeaaaaalllly want to think that I will get around to getting a fish extender made or purchased. However, I know myself. I tend to get too many irons in the fire. If I see that I can get one together can I be added to the list later? I wouldn't mind bringing something, but once again, I'd better wait until closer to let you know for sure. Hopefully this summer I can do a little more planning.

My whole extended gang has reservations at the Raddison the night before. We stayed there last year and loved it. It made the morning of the cruise so relaxed.

I had considered for a second going to MNSSHP that night. However, we really enjoyed going to Jetty Park, Kelsey's Pizza, and letting the kids swim in the pool the night before. It really felt like a great way to start the vacation. I just think that it would be too much for us the night before. We'll be heading back when we get off the boat, so The World will have to wait until another time.

This was such a stressful Monday! I'm ready for a cruise. Anyone else??
