Is a 10:35 resi at Akershus still considered breakfast?

Yes. We had a 10:40 reservation in January. I believe the buffet part of the meal starts to change over at 11. I could be wrong but that "feels right". It might have been a little later though. All I remember concerning time was watching the LONG LINE for Anna and Elsa when we were waiting for our reservation.
