10/31/10 Halloween Wonder

This will be my family's first Disney cruise. I've been researching a lot of information about the cruises and hopefully in time will feel more comfortable about what to expect and how to plan our activities. I'm sure I'll get a lot of tips from all the veteran cruisers here as well!

Hi, we will also be on the 10/31/10 cruise! We just cruised on the 10/5 4 night Wonder, so if you have any questions, ask away. We have a DS6 and a DD3, so they will be 8 and 5 by the time we cruise. Only 2 years, 4 days!

Glad to see we're cruising together! My friend just talked her husband into going too....much to my husband's dismay! He's afraid that we'll have to refrain from things we want to do for them. I told him no, we don't. I have mixed feelings about it. I'm really looking forward to our family vacation, which is very rare for us, my I'm also happy my kids will have someone to go to the kids' clubs with. My daughter won't have to go to the club by herself but my boys will be in the lab together. And, I'm going to surprise my husband with a VR!

We are on board. We were just on the four night from November 16th to the 20th. It was a great time and so excited to go back again. I hate that we are still SO far out...but it is better then never. The booking lady on the cruise said they do all sorts of special stuff for the Halloween cruise, so that is why we booked that week instead of the week before like we planned.

Yeah I was so disappointed about having to wait so long that I talked my husband into going to WDW in April...well, more like I had to twist his arm and bribe him a bit Can't wait to go though!

Well that is great that you get to go in April.

Winter has hit Minnesota much faster and harder this year...so because of that I pushed for our 2009 trip...so this weekend I booked the October 10th to 17th, 2009 Eastern Caribbean Cruise with a stop in St. Croix.

At least now the wait won't be so bad!

My best friend Mary and I book a halloween cruise every year thru DCL this will be our first 4 night though we really enjoy the ship and wanted more days im also going this oct on Halloween , so when im money ahead im going to put a deposit down on this cruise .... got to do it fast though the price seems pretty darn good !!!! ok so i guess i will be back soon when i book this one ( still paying off the other ) and also i want to do FE exchange so anyone else in on it ? I will be traveling with my seeing eye dog Denver as well so there will be a dog joining our cruise ! he loves it and loves the characters

I am interested in a FE exchange. This is my first cruise so I'm excited about it all. My friend, who is not on DIS, would probably like to do one too. She doesn't do much on the computer, so I'll have to add her information come time!

We are also cruising on the 31st Oct 2010! Did our first cruise in August this year and loved every minute of it.
Can't wait to be back on it!

If I do book I can head up the FE group lists etc. and keep track of it all - Also you can get FEs from e bay just search fish extender or disney pocket orginizer they run 20 -30 and are made custom most of the time --- I will be back to report what we book after our trip on Sept 3rd STAY TUNED !!!!

DD11 and I are booked with you! We were supposed to be going next week for the Halloween cruise, but DM broke her hip and is now finally home after rehab, so I need to be here a few weeks to get her back to her routine.

Denversees4me- have a great trip next week and DD and I will catch you next year! Dd wanted to meet Denver so badly!

Thank you. It has been a long process, but she is getting there.

Today, DD11 and I were to go on the Wonder for a 3 day cruise, but I just look at it and think that I have more time to save more money and work on better door signs and FE stocking-lol.

DD11 was soooo looking forward to meeting Denver the first go around, then I was like, Denversees4me might be on the cruise next year. It will be our last trip on the Wonder, so it will be bitter sweet.

Hi everyone! I just booked this cruise for my family.
We just got off the 7day Magic Western cruise. So now we've done both the Eastern and Western and wanted to cruise the Wonder before it heads out west. Our initial plan was the PC crossing but that's not in the budget this year.

Does anyone know if they will be trick-or-treating that first night as it's Halloween?

And I'd be interested in doing the FE exchange. We just had a great one on our last cruise. DD loved it!!
So right now crusing it's myself, DH and DD9. I may book for my Stepdaughters as a Christmas present so it would be 2 adult SDD and one 7 yo SDGD (step granddaughter). I still have to speak to DH about that.
