So what did I do on my day off? I went and got my first Hep A shot, ouch! Told Sean that I think I deserved a Carmel Light Frap after that, yummy.:yay:

It is absolutely gorgeous here in CA today. Didn't even have to wear a jacket, says it's 67 degrees! Have all the windows open to air out the house.:goodvibes

Edited to put in a great weather FO....see Mike you can still do them

Hiya, Becky. I was logging off when you logged on the other night, so I hope you don't think I was ignoring you.:goodvibes

Nah, I usually wind up signing in when the east coasters are signing out. Kind of lonely, but I can get my post count up.;) I was just telling Sean about your DH being in the Marines, and the new house you got. He was surprised the house was new. I told him I think that Karen's Neil is in the military as well, but not sure what part of it he is in.

Whoever is in charge of the beer tasting, can you add Sean on the list. He doesn't know about it yet,but I know he will enjoy it.

Ok everyone I need help with some Disney stuff.. I am making a fish extender for my best friend and my 5 day cruise. I need help finding female best friend characters, all I can think of is Daisy and Minnie.

This would ba joke, but there's Cinderella's step sisters.....like I said, a joke:rotfl:

The house is new bec/ the gov't has turned over military housing to private contractors. I feel blessed to be able to live in a new house, believe me. We have lived in some that were, um, not so new.:rotfl:

I didn't think Neil was in the military; I'm sure Karen can clear that up.

Maybe it's just Neil's haircut, kind of reminds me of a military do.:)

Oh I believe you. I used to live outside a airbase, and some of the housing there that looked worse than some of the housing in the seedy areas of the city. I'm so glad you are getting the house, have fun decorating.

Mike & Robin, glad you're home and had such a good time. Congrats on the new son-in-law. You should be honored Mike, they say that girls choose men that are similar to their father.

Jen, right there with you, I've had enough snow, ready for the sun and green grass.

We were about 100 degrees different then you yesterday, with windchill it was around -40. I like your temperature better.

After the day I had today, I am signing off early tonight, see ya in the morning...........

Well my very lovingly sarcastic hubby was reading the Dis along with me this morning and said, "they do realize that they chose to live in Wisconsin right". I popped him upside the head and told him to be nice.:lmao:

So all you Wisconsinites remember when I am complaining about the 100 degree weather this summer, remind Sean that we choose to live in CA.;)
