im not sure this Wii is good for robin. shes a perfectionist and if things arnt perfect it drives her crazy. if she gets a good score shes never happy. always has to get a better one.

kids got a wi for Christmas. their wi is having trouble reading the disk. They may need to bring it back when they get to the stores. Asiah is top bowler. Elijah likes NBA basketball. Wrestling is little hard he says. I have not tried it yet. I am not a game girl. Diane

Well it didn't take us long to decide if we should get one, Rach and I did some calling around last night in search of a store that had a wii in stock and we found one that we had just enough time to drive to before they closed (that's with Al speeding to get us there ) so we are now the proud owners of a wii too Rach got it set up as soon as we got home with it at around 10:45pm and we were playing until around 1:30 this morning Al seems to really like it too Today we will be in search of a second remote (they didn't have any at the Best Buy we boughtit at or the Walmart we stopped at on the way home) so we can play against each other.


Karen this morning my shoulders and arms are killing me too Just think though how toned our arms will be for KK2

Definately worth it. We have 7 games so far - the best are definately the "active" ones that get you out of your seat. Good family fun and the time just flies by

Wow Robin 247 I won't even post how bad I did

Boxing is the greatest. I was playing last night while Mike was in the loft on the computer. I have a bad habit of swearing when I get knocked down.

I was kicking butt in bowling though. I bowled a 247 last night... Mike won't play with me anymore. (BIG BABY!)

The boards are running faster this morning

Good Morning All, I see the DIS is back up and running and much faster as promised!!!

I see the DIS clock is only 5 minutes off this morning, better then the 45 minutes off it had been before the server change last night..........

Well that didn't take long Cheryl.

Here's a tip, pick up the Wii Play game that includes the extra controller. The controller alone is $40, but the Wii Play is only $50. That's $10 for an extra game.

Don't for get an extra numchuck (sp?). Those are $20.

I'm surprised you found one so quickly - that they weren't sold out. Although the trucks come in on Friday night at BB.

DS's favorite games are on the Carnival disc.

Thanks. Yes, it was done on the boat. It was one of the nights they were doing the lifestyle portraits.

We did not use DCL for the cards though. I can't remember the name of the place, but I believe it is on the backside of the card.

I'm off to go clear the almost 8" of snow on the driveway. Hopefully it didn't freeze below because the large snow thrower just spins on the ice then. This stuff is very wet and heavy, so I'm not sure if the small thrower will handle it. AND I'M NOT SHOVELING. Don't need any injuries to keep me from my Wii.

I'm surprised we found one so quickly too. We were calling Targets, Circuit Citys and Best Buys and they were all saying no we don't have them and aren't expecting more until after the New Year. We were successful at the Best Buy in your neck of the woods, the one in Delafield and we made it there just before they closed. It was funny we ran in went to the game area and told the clerk we called about half and hour ago and were told they had them he said yes he'd get us one from the back, he came out with it in a covered closed tote that you couldn't see through, he said they are not allowed to let customers see that they have one out and they are not allowed to say Wii while they are checking you out either because if other customers hear it might cause mass pandamonium

We want to get the Wii Play but they didn't have it and neither did the Walmart we stopped at on the way home so we'll be calling around for that today. Thanks for mentioning the need to purchase the extra numchuck, I thought that came with the Wii Play
