Hi Carrianne good another BOBaloser! I looked at the Bath and Body Works website and saw the fit flops and was wondering if they are truly comfortable or not. I am thinking of ordering a pair and giving them a try too, now I just need to decide what color to get. I am debating between the silver and the black, I guess I have a little while to decide before I'll be wearing any type of flip flops around here though.

I want to be a BOBaloser as well. I have been working out every day since 1/2!:rotfl2: But I also have these fitflops. I bought them right before our cruise last october and wore them everywhere. Not sure how well they work but they are the most comfortable flip flops I have ever owned. So I am planning on buying another pair. I figure for the comfort they are worth it, and if I get a little extra workout that is a benefit.

For all of you that knew that there where issue in our household between the older kids and the parents, I just wanted to let all of you know that I am in middle of reading a great book about being a step mom, I have started counceling, and I joined a internet support group for step moms. I am hoping to start getting my life back in control and getting to spend some more time on here with all of you.

Good for you! I'm glad you're taking charge and taking care of yourself!

Awesome! We'll be the best-looking cruisers on board!

Sigh...now I have to go check out these fitflops too ;) Although, as Cheryl said, we won't need them here for a while! :rotfl:

It was a very hard step to take, but the more I noticed that the kids had no problem what so ever running the show on the cruise, and screaming and yelling at us in public, then I some run in's with Kelsey since we have been home, were she feels that she can live her own life regardless of the problems it causes for the rest of the household, I told Scott that I could not take it anymore. I hit rock bottom one night. Mac and I had to leave our house at 8:30 at night because Kelsey was going compltly nuts on me, and woke Mackenzie up. So at that point it was time to get help for me before I did something that I will regret later.

That is a very good question. I grew up with a toaster, not a toaster oven. Scott grew up with a toaster oven and not a toaster. My toaster lost out when I moved in with him. Then a few years ago he bought me this big old toaster oven that could broil, bake, toast and who knows what else. I never used the functions except toast. I am hoping after looking at basic toaster ovens he will realize that it is cheaper to buy a toaster and it takes up less space.

Okay - that makes more sense.

Toaster ovens have always made me nervous - I heard too many stories about fires starting with them and have always disliked using them.

I'm really going to get some work done now ... :rotfl2:

Have a good afternoon everyone. :goodvibes

So, who besides Mike and Robin (mornin' Mike) is planning a trip to see the Mouse this year? Let us know when and where plz.

Nancy and Chuck...When?= Always, Where?=Only dreaming.

1/9/2007 - after repo/WDW

Hi, I'm Jen, and I want to be a BOBaloser too!

Yum - this sounds great! I love peanut butter cups, so I'll have to try this!

My tip is something to look for in your grocery store - merengues by Miss merengue. They are not marked as low-fat or "diet", but they are pretty low in points. The mint chocolate chip ones are good - they're very sweet and take care of my sweet tooth.

Meringues are great and very low on WW points.

Not for a while. The last time I heard from her, I had to email her directly. It seems she is on a time clock when logging on to the computer at the library, so she seldomly gets on the DIS.:sad1:

Last I heard, they were trying to move back into their house in March, so maybe she'll be back on the DIS at that time. If so, we'll have to bombard her with "persuasion" to join us in 09, don't you think?:thumbsup2

Maybe Heather has heard from her......

I sent her a card, but haven't heard from her. I'm sure that she is very busy as Next have their sales at the moment.

Nancy - thanks for the bobaloser invite - I'll join tomorrow once I've braved the scales.

Tanya I have newly discovered that I really like pomegranite juice, I'm going to have to try adding a little of it to water.

I originally saw it on Oprah and she was making some drink with pomegranite juice and vodka. She said it was her favorite.

Just got in, going to try and catch up now.

Hey, I just noticed the ship in the countdown clicker has nearly covered over the letter "R" in the word RUM on the bottle!!! ;) ;) ;)

I also found out that each package that is sent to the DCL House Parties is going to have 10 goodie bags, and one of the items for the goodie bag is a $50.00 onboard credit voucher. I'm hoping to be lucky enough to receive one of those vouchers during our party on 1-26-08. At last count the party I signed up or has over 40 guests invited, looks like we are going to have a great time at our party!!! :goodvibes
