Paige are you using DVC for your Chritmas trip? I am going to make our reservation at SSR later this month but then when the 7 month booking window opens we might try and get in at AK for part of the trip

Yes we are using points, but not sure where we want to stay. I have to book SSR later this month for the 11 month window, too. We are also staying at Shades of Green during that trip. I just changed our July trip to OKW. We haven't been able to stay on points yet, so we will change at the 7 month window for each trip until we stay in all of the DVCs or until we are forced to stay at SSR because they are booked up. So really I hope that SSR is pretty at Christmas, because I know they are booked up at many of the DVCs at Christmas.

I told Bryce, maybe we could get together for a Wii party. We don't have one, but he has been to a friend's to play one. He thought that sounded like a good time

We love our Wii! I hate to admit it but I think I have played it the most of the 3 of us But hey I am mainly playing Wii Sports and I work up a sweat so I figure that must count as exercise right. A Wii party would be a blast!

We stayed at SSR our first trip on points and since have stayed at VWL(only stayed here for 1 night and I really want to get back there but know that it's very hard to get in at Christmas), VB and BCV. It is our goal to try each of the DVCs too but we really did like SSR. I think I saved a link to a thread that had pictures of the Christmas decorations at SSR, it looked nice, I'll see if I can find that for you. I am going to book half our stay in a 1 bedroom and the other half in a studio to stretch our points and that way we might be able to try 2 resorts too. We did stay at OKW before we owned DVC when Rach was 18 months old and we liked it then, if only we would have bought then but we didn't know at the time that we'd be back almost every year.

Neat litho Andy Congrats on winning it!

I won this early this morning on eBay. I placed my bid at 12:11 this morning, about 90 seconds before bid closing. Chip and Dale are favorites of mine, so when I saw this litho the other day, I knew I just had to go after it. After it arrives, I'm going to have it framed like the other DCL lithos I have. Only trouble is, I didn't get to sleep until after 1am this morning, and boy am I paying for it now.........

No gov't dentist for me thanks. We had to see the military dentist when we lived in Oki and they were kind of rough....but it was free. Unfortunately this little procedure wasn't free....
