Speaking of a Princess... Leah's 4th birthday was just this past Saturday. She wanted a Princess Birthday party. I put the Disney Topiaries out and lit them up, Laura made princess dresses out of tule and for the boys, tunics made from dish towels and gold sashes. I made a wooden sword for each boy and downloaded a TON of princess songs from iTunes for a real Royal Ball. But Laura topped everything off with the next picture.

If it was just Hazel and I, I would go with the cat. 11, but if Lina was going it would be the cat. 9, as we would need the split bathroom. ;)

Luckily, I have a DS, so no need for a split bath in our family. Suz just takes all the time in the world while DS and I watch TV.

Hey Jeff, Sorry to hear about your Airline woes. Since, I am going it on my own for air next year I am acutely sensitive to your plight.

Steve, my advice would be if you didn't buy trip insurance when you put the down payment on the BOB, make sure you take a separate policy out for your air. Or look at one of the two companies who qualify the Airline Bankruptcy on final payment (they cost a little more though). Since we didn't buy the insurance within 2 weeks of the initial deposit, we are NOT covered for Bankruptcy.

Well, I have once again changed my travel plans for Next October. Since my Bro backed out of the cruise, I've got more freedom with planning. We had planned on going to WDW the week prior to the cruise but now I think that I'll be going the week after the cruise. I didn't notice it before but a week ago I realized that the week before our cruise was "Regular" season and the week after our cruise is "value" season. So I ran the numbers and found that if I just changed the dates of our WDW leg of the vacation, I can either save a bunch of money or upgrade from a value to a moderate for the same amount of money. That means that I'll be trying for a set of those MNSSHP tickets when they go on sale. I'll also be looking to stay at the Raddisson the night before with what looks to be a gigantic list of BOBers!

Sounds like a good plan Steve. :thumbsup2

Sorry to bump in. Was anyone watching Americas Got Talent? They previewed next weeks show and it looked like Vantriloquist Michael Harrison. He did the Puppet Boy act on the KK1 cruise. He is supposed to be on AGT next Tuesday.

If you DVR'd tonights show it was right at the end of the show.

Mark

I watched the show, but missed that part.

I got the Trip insurance for the Cruise So I'm good for that. I'll look into insurance for the flight. Since most of the trip is easily cancellable w/o penalty: the cruise and the cost of the flight are the two places that I could loose the most money.

Evening Jeff - Hows things down south? a little muggy up here.

Mark

Yeah, it's hot down here too. About 3 more days worth of it.

I see the Soccer Camps started over at W/M. They must run those for several weeks down here.

Did you book the trip insurance within 2 weeks of the cruise down payment? If so, it should cover your airline. Just check the policy.

If you booked DCL's insurance, it will NOT cover the air unless you go through them for the tickets.

Hey Becky  Getting excited yet? How about your friend, how is she holding out? Has she ever cruised with the mouse?

My first Disney Cruise was a 3 dayer with her, her daughter, and her (former) step-daughter 6 years ago. That was our last cruise together too. Since then she has had some family issues and a divorce and we always try to get together but being a single mom she always has to back out because of finances. So last year I called her and told her that she was going on a cruise and all she had to pay for everything but the cruise. She actually got a second job doing the books for a salon so she could afford to go. So yes we are very excited, and get this she has no idea what Palo's is so I am surprising her with dinner there.

Good Morning Heather!:wave2:
Noticed on the other thread that people are starting to get their cabins assigned. Any news yet?:confused3

BTW Steve, GREAT PICS!!!! :thumbsup2

Thanks! I've been meaning to post some for a while.

I used DCL's insurance. Drat. Next time I'll know better.

Night Steve.

I'm actually off to take a walk to my bed. I'm tired. Night Mark and anyone else still on.

g'night Jeff. I'll talk to you later.
