I stopped by as I'm in between watching Disney videos from the link that Becky posted the other day. It's bringing back a lot of happy memories of trips past, and building excitement for the next trip HOME!!!!! :thumbsup2

So, if you were looking at a quick get away and it would be a 3-night Wonder cruise, would you book a Cat 11 or a Cat 9? The cost difference is $340. Not sure how much time I'd spend in the room on a 3-nighter.

Is the window important or is would it be just fine getting on the ship and using the $ elsewhere?

I'd do an 11 on a 3 or 4 dayer, don't really need the window.

I've watched the DCL one so far. Probably will watch it on the plane to LA as well.
Andy, Sean and I are doing a Savannah View for that Saturday after I get off the ship (if they find me that's it ;) ) Now I am torn on whether I want to go to Epcot or just sit and watch the animals.Or maybe just half and half.
Sean is staying at Vero for 3 days while I am on the 5 dayer.

Oh Crap! Did the surprise just get blown? :confused3 :lmao:

Cough it up Numbers Boy. What do you know about all this??? :cool1:

I would book the 11 Jeff and make sure that there is another one for Gramma Goose and Grandpa Tuna. :thumbsup2 :thumbsup2

Although I think our hopes of slipping in a short little Wonder cruise got squashed by our auto mechanic today. $600.00!!! :scared1:

Hey Becky  Getting excited yet? How about your friend, how is she holding out? Has she ever cruised with the mouse?

If it was just Hazel and I, I would go with the cat. 11, but if Lina was going it would be the cat. 9, as we would need the split bathroom. ;)

hey cass. new big brother starts tonite. you ready?:thumbsup2
one of the houseguests is a hooters waitress. i think she'll be my favorite.

Yep, I noticed a few HG's with personality. I hope they stick around a bit.

O.K., I'll stop talking now until others show up.

Hey Jeff, Sorry to hear about your Airline woes. Since, I am going it on my own for air next year I am acutely sensitive to your plight.

Well, I have once again changed my travel plans for Next October. Since my Bro backed out of the cruise, I've got more freedom with planning. We had planned on going to WDW the week prior to the cruise but now I think that I'll be going the week after the cruise. I didn't notice it before but a week ago I realized that the week before our cruise was "Regular" season and the week after our cruise is "value" season. So I ran the numbers and found that if I just changed the dates of our WDW leg of the vacation, I can either save a bunch of money or upgrade from a value to a moderate for the same amount of money. That means that I'll be trying for a set of those MNSSHP tickets when they go on sale. I'll also be looking to stay at the Raddisson the night before with what looks to be a gigantic list of BOBers!

I would go Cat 11 and use the money elsewhere. We always get a cat 9 for the week but for a 3 nighter we would definitely not need the extra room.

Yay! More BOBers at the Raddison.

Man I wish we could do a week along with the cruise. That would be an awesome vacation.:woohoo:

This was the way I looked at it. I was already spending all that money for plane fare, so the WDW add-on would be far cheaper than going later! The school system lets the kids do independant study for 10 days so they'll have a ton of Homework to do on their trip but it's still do-able.

Hmmmm, I wonder if Steve and Lori are going on the same cruise next year? Looks like "someone's" ticker is different from the other's by two weeks. :confused3

Edited: Eh, nevermind. We're all off! :)

Sorry to bump in. Was anyone watching Americas Got Talent? They previewed next weeks show and it looked like Vantriloquist Michael Harrison. He did the Puppet Boy act on the KK1 cruise. He is supposed to be on AGT next Tuesday.

If you DVR'd tonights show it was right at the end of the show.

Hi Mark--yes, someone posted a thread, the other day, here on the DIS cruise forum that Michael Harrison will be on next week's show......:thumbsup2

I'll post a few pics to Update everyone on what the Joseph's have been up to.

We spend the Forth of July every year at Laura's brother's house. It's then tradition to have you photo taken in front of the flag.
