ps....Mike has Robin bought herself a new "power" suit to go with the new job?......Hazel once bought me a brief case for a new line of work but i had NOTHING TO PUT IN IT so i ended up carrying a case of Magazines around for the next six months.....

Hi Lori--yes, Lina is feeling better, but the ST didn't want to go with me this morning, she doesn't do workouts on the weekends she said........

Anyhow, I just got back from Riverwinds. Since I didn't make it there yesterday, I did a 75 minute 450 calorie burn off this morning. Not many people at Riverwinds early on the weekends, it was rather quiet there this morning. I need to find my iPod and take it with me while I'm exercising.

Time so a Slim Fast breakfast shake.....

Andy, congrats on keeping up with the workouts. I'm trying to get back on track with watching the points today. I have been maintaining pretty well since I gave up pop. However, I'd like to lose, like everyone else.

Just think, when Hazel, Lina and I arrive at OKW in 49 days, the East Bound Repo Cruisers will have already left Castaway Cay, and will be on their way to Port Canaveral........

What, you didn't bring the AC adaptor for your cigarette lighter so you could remain plugged in the whole way down? How dedicated are you to the DIS?

Hi Tanya--I hardly ever drink soda(pop), the only time I drink it is if there is nothing else around. I usually either drink iced tea or water.

Hazel did fabulous doing the points on WW. She lost about 30 pounds 4 years ago, and has been able to keep it off. In fact, she went for her monthly weigh-in yesterday. As long as she stays under 111 pounds, she has lifetime membership. I think she said she weighed-in at 101 yesterday. Oh, the agony of it all.........

How are things out East?

We had some more rain last night and there is still some in the area this morning.

We're thinking of going to a place called "Cave of the Mounds" today with my brother. We will need to leave in 15 minutes if we do. Suz and DS are still sleeping though. Not sure if that will happen.
