A round of mini-golf anyone?

Love mini golf. Loving the pictures Andy.

So I'm reading my new Passporter (2008 DCL Edition) and in the spa section, I was reading about the "Exotic Rasul" (a.k.a. "the Naughty Mud Room").

Anyhow, it talks about the price and for 50 minutes, it is $83 for 1 to 3 people.

ALL RIGHT, WHO IS GOING INTO THE NAUGHTY MUD ROOM IN A GROUP OF THREE?! :scared1:

I thought Disney was a Family cruise.

(if you don't believe me, look at the bottom of page 161)

Hi there Jeff. Good to have you back. Bit sad if it's only one person!:worried:

Well, camping was a bust! It started out nice but on Saturday we had serious tornado warnings so we all had to huddle up in the bathrooms in the main building. They wanted us to tie up our pets outside!!:scared1: What???
So being the good doggy owner I am, I wanted to fib and tell them that Cabo was a Seeing Eye Dog and being trained so it was NOT an option. Instead, I just sneaked him into the bathroom and ignored the dirty looks I was getting.

A funnel was forming directly over the campground and people were freaking out! Green clouds all over the place!! Tony has video of the funnel forming on his blackberry but has to figure out how to post it first. The funnel dissapated (SP?) before it never touched down though. Horribly high winds and tons of rain. 30 minutes later, we returned to their site only to find 2 of the 5 tents that were pitched. The other three were in a heap two sites away.

We packed up everything left over and headed over to Wisconsin Dells (a popular tourist town about 20 minutes away). We were able to snag a 2 bedroom cottage for under $100.00 from the hotel we usually stay at. They also lost power for about 2 hours themselves with terrible storms. We thought we'd go and get some pizza but the restaurant was closed due to no power. The ONLY place that served food and wasn't jam packed was McDonalds (YUCK)! It'll do in a pinch though.

It stormed all night and we even had another tornado warning! ENOUGH ALREADY!!

We headed home Sunday morning and found a virtually dry basement. What a relief that was for us. BUT, Chuck's sister had 2 feet of water in her basement, Stacy's grandpa had over 4 feet in his and no power, and Chuck's brother had a flooded backyard that was seeping into their garage which houses their new kitchen cabinets while they wait for a kitchen remodel.

More storms are predicted Monday - Wednesday here in SE Wisconsin.

Stay safe everyone! AND....Stay cool!! :grouphug:

Oh my goodness...at least you're all safe.

And this is a video of her live reaction to Mickey Mouse!

CUTE!!!!

Megan's reaction to Mickey the first time looked similar.... except for the abject fear on her face! We got a picture with Mickey... with her held on the OPPOSITE side from Mickey. When we saw Minnie later, I didn't have her pacifier and couldn't even manage the pic!

Good morning all,

Congrats Karen, I have to get back on track, between the company, WDW and this graduations I have been so bad.

Have to take DS # 2 to the airport today--my baby goes off to the Airforce, just for 5 weeks. I dread when he is done with college and he moves for good. The hair was buzzed off last night. He wants waffles for breakfast then off to the airport.

Have a great Monday!!!

Good morning/afternoon all...just trying to catch up and say HI!

Karen - Congrats on the weigh in - keep at it!

Nancy - I was thinking about you this weekend - these storms have been NASTY! We still got a little water in :( but it's not too bad.

Mel, Andy, Joanne - LOVE the pics!

And a great big hi to everyone I haven't gotten to chat with lately. Work is crazy, so I don't get to peek in much during the day, and at night I'm too tired. :worried:

Have a good day everyone!

How much did you loose?

3lb:yay:

Good morning all,

Congrats Karen

thank you four!

Karen - Congrats on the weigh in - keep at it!
thank you five! sorry to hear its crazy busy for you Jen:hug:

well, that ws my 5 minutes break over...off to fetch Ellis from Multi skills, feed him quickly then take him to Beavers... Neils away tonight in a lovely hotel while I'm running round like a headless chicken:hyper:

MG....so sorry to hear about your camping adventure from Hell, but happy to know everyone is safe and sound.

Went through 3 bottles of water and 1 bottle of Gatorade this morning already. Don't you know it, the AC broke down in my work car and the township mechanic is off this week. After tomorrow, the high temps are only going to be in the low to mid 80's, so that won't be so bad. Hey, I'm getting to sweat off a few extra pounds this way.............:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Walking around this morning was a bit much however, I had to take slow steady breaths as the air is so thick with humidity. It's nice to be home for the next hour in the AC.......:goodvibes

Ellis got a certificate today for helping on the ground force team at the weekend - he had to stand up infront of the whole school to get it:goodvibes

I didnt get one though, and I did all the work:sad2: :lmao:

Andy - you should try what I do for Ellis - just turn the lawn sprinkler on full blast and he stands under it like a fountain:rotfl:

Whats for dinner Andy?

I've just had spicy chicken with roasted carrots, parsnips, coleslaw and new potatoes.

Lunch was a salad and brekkie a smoothie. So far I'm under calories:woohoo:

Once I've dropped Ellis at Beavers I'm heading to the gym for a quick session and then back to Beavers to fetch him back.

I'll be going to the gym tomorrow too, but thats just to lie by the pool:rolleyes1
