Gotta go cook dinner - Turkey Brats on the Grill.

I'll be back after dinner. I have some pics of DS playing baseball this morning. 3 for 3 with 2 really good hits. One right down the 3rd base line.

The piano a little bit ago was loud and clear, the person was playing ragtime music.

O.K., here are some of DS baseball game this morning. I missed the two first hits because he actually hit the first pitch each time. Man, what a difference a year made in his hitting.

Here he is on first after the first hit.

Here he is going to second. They were throwing the ball from Left-Center to Second to try and get him out (yep, cover the head cause the helmet won't protect you ).

Here is on third going home.

Here he is gettng his third hit. Went digging for that pitch.

Here is playing Shortstop. He did have one pop up come to him, right into his glove, but didn't close on it.

Here is DS's expressions when we told him about the repo. The first one is his first reaction. The second one is him thinking about what we told him and what we're doing. The 3rd one is blurry because he kept jumping up and down quickly with excitement.

He's holding his helmet so it doesn't fall off dad, come on, give "the kid" a break...........

We're on the downhill slide at school-five more days but all packed with paperwork and "events". Yesterday we took the Accelerated Readers to Carowinds, an amusement park about 3 hours away. Pretty nice day.

Today, we went on a hike with the church youth to the Cascades, a beautiful waterfall. DD invited some friends. We had fun, but I am now worn out.

Tomorrow DD has her piano recital and DS has a baseball game--both at 2pm. I'll be glad when school is all done for a few weeks.
