I don't remember which fountains I used, but I refilled a lot and they were all chilled. I don't like warm so I would have noticed.

Dinner tonight--- Olive garden before graduation!!!!! I don't know about eating italian and then sitting in the sun..... The heat index is 108!!!

Just watched a great film....Man of the Year with Robin Williams.

Makes you think about any election process on a whole new level.

Dinner tonight

Roasted butternut squash with garlic and a teeny bit of french goats cheese - absolutely delicious! - only used the goats cheese as a substitute for sour cream and it was even better!

with chicken, mushrooms, onions, sweetcorn, peas


Andy and Cass - would you post some of your dinners to give me more ideas please?

We're out with friends tomorrow night - chinese..... its my one chance to eat nuts - I ADORE chicken satay. I am soooooo going to try and be good and not have too much wine either.

Karen--you don't want to know what I am having for dinner right now, trust me!!! I got home from dropping Hazel off at the church for the weekend camping trip, Lina is with her BBF Trish helping Trish get ready for her Graduation Party tomorrow, so I'm here fending dinner for myself. I have to leave here in a few minutes to get my haircut. One of Hazel's nephews is in our backyard trimming the trees that are hanging over our house from the neighbor's trees, my brother Pete just dropped off some $$ he owed me, busy afternoon here........

I probably won't sign back on for awhile, after I get back from getting my haircut, I need to mow the lawn, that's as long as Gary is done with trimming the trees......

Just checking back in ... we made it through the day and managed to get the basement repaired before the storms started again.

It was a scary afternoon - several funnel clouds spotted near where I work and further south where my parents house is and just across the Mississippi in the Metro-East area. I don't think anything touched down but there was a lot of wind damage and a lot of flash flooding.

Looking forward to drying out tomorrow.

great news
we were at kohls tonite and they had a new underdog t-shirt. had to get it.
that gives me 3 of them. my goal by cruise time is to have 7 diff underdog shirts. one for each day.
i'll just pack this one away with the others for safe keeping.

Good morning all,

Just got ds #2 off to work. Made his lunch- fed him breakfast and sunscreened his back. He has the perfect summer job, setting up beach chairs. How can being on the beach all day be work!!!! He leaves Monday for 5 weeks for field training for ROTC in Montgomery Alabama. He can't take his cell phone, so we will have no contact with him. That's going to be hard, even at college we talk every few days. I have been ironing his uniforms for the last few nights. I can't believe he is this grown up.

I have a lot of nothing planned for today, floating in the pool and catching up on hours of TV that I have dvr'd for the last few weeks.
