Gosh, I don't remember. We had it too this last cruise.

I want to say 11:15 or 11:30.

Don't they open at 10:30?

If we take half the room at 10:30, they will lose it for the whole time Palo is open. That's why I think a later seating may be better.

I can't remember, what day is Lumiere's Lunch and the Meet at the Adult Pool?

I think we were trying to schedule that for Thursday.

SNo worries Mikey, I don't like the food either. They do have some yummy desserts though and they always have the chocolate croissants :thumbsup2 I'm going for the company, and will probably be stopping for a hot dog on the way there :lmao:

They actually have a couple of good/plain things you can get from the grill. They do have a steak on the menu for lunch. :thumbsup2

They have a chicken and/or fish (plain) as well.

They have a ton of cheeses, desserts, and seafood, but I'm sure Mike is not into crab or shrimp.

I would agree with the late time, I don't think they would kick us out, not for awhile at least

I don't think anything is written in stgone, I think we agreed the pool meet was Monday, that leaves us with Sunday and Thursday for Palo brunch and Lumieres lunch

Yes, each time that we have been there, we got the 10:30 seating.

or chicken strips.:thumbsup2
do they still have them?:scared1: whatever happened with that story??

As for the Palo brunch meet, we would have to contact DCL directly with all our ressie numbers. Maybe someone can volunteer for that when we get closer to the cruise. :thumbsup2

Hopefully we can get a spot for Kira in Flounders (if she comes) or else I will be going solo. Who wants my champagne??? :rolleyes1

Too bad we couldn't get the whole restaurant. Wonder if we could have the kids then?

Just a thought.

They probably would hold to their standards though because people may see them in there.

Got this from Cass' website:

Adult Meet at the Quiet Cove Pool
Join us at the adult pool on Monday afternoon!

I'm not a big drinker, so one glass is my limit...............:rotfl2: :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

I don't touch that stuff either. Not a wine drink and don't really like beer unless it is really cold and I'm very thirsty.

Just give me the Foo-foo drinks and I'm set.

i dont know janice. first jeff doesnt give you guys a money tree, then he leaves you guys off the list.
do you think he's been having dis meets at his house recently without inviting you too?:rotfl2: :rotfl:

Has Nancy been talking again? :confused3 :rolleyes1

Actually, I haven't got together with her since I think late Feb or Early March. I saw Cheryl and family for a Bucks game a few weeks ago.

LOL, I am now LEANING towards bringing the little turkey, but not 100% :rolleyes1

Yeah, we did the brunch in 2005 and I tried a whole bunch of stuff and I didn't like it :rolleyes1 I almost puked when I tried the caviar :crazy2: Still, I think I will stick to desserts.

What does eggs benedict taste like?? I've been meaning to try it but never have. It looks like it MIGHT be yummy.

The pool could be done after either, but it wouldn't give us much time with our families that day.

We should see what people want. I would vote: Sunday=Pool, Monday=Palo, Thursday=Lumiere's.

This gives you that first morning with the family and through lunch, then we can ditch the kids and hang out by the pool. Golden Mickey's will be that night, however (plus it's a formal night).

OK, looks like we'd have to do Palo on Sunday or Thursday then unless we switch the Pool.

I think we could do Lumiere's and then the Pool. Maybe be a good extension of the afternoon.

Leave Sunday open for whatever.

Although, just remember Thursday night is Lobster night, so some might want to not put the feed bag on at Palo for brunch.

They've changed the chicken strips, haven't seen the new ones yet. Wonder how much they've changed. They definitely don't have them at Palo's though :lmao:

I doubt they would let the kids in there. But if we got enough DISers, we just might get the whole restaurant. Who knows?

I think we should request a Palo Smoothie Brunch, in lieu of the Champagne Brunch :rolleyes1 :lmao:

This is getting so complicated, and we still have 18 months to wait.........:headache: :headache: :headache:

I won't try the caviar. No way.

As for eggs benedict, Suz loves it. She gets her eggs scrambled instead of poached though.

It has a hollendaise (sp?) sauce on it.
