jeff has lots of saplings.
i know he gave some to nancy and chuck.
and jen and pete just planted theirs.
cheryl and al were already rich so they dont need one.
he mailed one to karen in england but it got "lost" in customs.
not sure why he didnt give the rest of you guys one.

Just finished dinner, baked chicken thighs, baked potatoes and creamed corn, me gots a full tummy!!!

It was much better than last night's dinner.

The sunrise is beautiful. If there are clouds off the ship sometimes you can see a rainbow. It's also very peaceful at that hour. Except the smell of bacon as I round topsiders makes me very hungry.

Yes, there is a beer tasting onboard. I think a few of our UK DISers did that one last time around.

I think Scott would make a great date for Palo brunch. I won't go eat all that nasty stuff. Dinner I can do because they will make thing very plain for me. I know he would be honored to escort Mother Goose to such an occasion.

I should be getting my free passporter any day now. A tip I sent up that got selected for the newsletter also made it into the book. They offered me a free book for just getting in the newsletter.

As for your rental car, lock one now and then search around. That's what I do. The prices change so much, but I've seen the rare occasion where it goes up before you go. Usually at about 3 weeks, maybe 2, out they will do a last minute push. I just check weekly and with several companies. It doesn't cost anything to canceil/change.

I'm finally home from work...long day today. I have the day off tomorrow - it seems like the day before a vacation day is always longer because I have to tie up so many loose ends!

Tomorrow we take Thomas to his kindergarten orientation. I almost can't believe he'll be going to "real" school next year! I guess they take the kids and do some activites with them and show them the school, and they tell parents about parent Teacher Organization and hot lunch, school calendars, etc.

I remember going with Angelina for her Kindergarten Orientation, and here, in just 7.5 weeks, she will be graduating high school. Don't blink Jen, the years go by way too fast.
