her sister got the oil changed on her car at walmart and they apparently didnt put the filter on right and her oil light came on and theres oil all over her driveway. she called the manager and i guess he's heading over to her place right now.

Last week we paid $3.08 a gallon, today $3.31

About $270 for gas. We drive straight through on the way home. So one night's stay.

Still cheaper than flying (we'll need to rent a car to drive to Clearwater), plus I get to stop and see Cassie.

Unless we find one heck of a deal.

Question regarding December of this year and the potential DIS meet in WDW.

IF, again, big IF, we end up going, should we spend the extra $240 and stay at a moderate or go to the All-Stars?

I was thinking, if we go moderate, of trying out Caribbean Beach this time. We've never been. DS likes the quiet pools and they have several. We like PO-R, but we would be without a car this time (rentals are really high), so the bus to all parks other than MK would share with POFQ. POFQ doesn't have the quiet pools. We like CSR, but would like to try something different. Plus, the food court is so far away there.

Just looking for input.

Still unsure if we're going.

I would choose CBR. No reason. So are we having a Mini-Meet?

We have plateud (sp?) at $3.699 right now, but I'm sure another surge will come soon enough.

Then they'll pull it back to $3.20 and we'll all be happy. I think they are doing the 2-steps forward, 1-step back routine with us.

If oil for oil changes comes from the same crude, why am I not paying $50 for an oil change? Why is only gas that gets effected by the price of oil?

Won't find any airline deals at that time of the year unfortunately. Plus, the car rentals in FL at that time are really high.
