Good night Heather and have a great time with your friend tomorrow.
Thanks Jeff - just logged on at work, before I head off to the pub. And an F.O. to boot!
Good night Heather and have a great time with your friend tomorrow.
Friday: Manicures, Pedicures, and rehersal went off without a hitch. We had pizza ( at DiMarini's) and all the boys came back to our house. They played poker and then we Wii'd until 2:00 am. I couldn't fall asleep until about 3:30 (no surpirse there huh?)
Saturday: Up by 6:00 (just me, again...no surprise) and made the boys a breakfast of Chocolate Chip pancakes, biscuits and cinnamon rolls.
Kristin came back from her $85.00 hair appointment and ripped it all out because she hated it (again, no surprise). Kristin and I left for the church to be there by noon leaving strict instructions for the boys to follow right behind. Hmmmm, they actually showed up 45 minutes later!! No surprises there.

As soon as we saw Stacy the tears started to flow. What a beautiful bride inside and out! She was the Perfect Bride! Honestly! Cool as a cucumber and a pleasure to be with.![]()
I made it up the aisle without crying and so did Stacy's mom. We refused to look at each other for fear of losing it. As soon as Tony saw Stacy, I looked at him and he said "Oh man, I think I'm gonna cry". He held it in until she got up to him and just one little tear fell.![]()
The service went fine until the entire wedding party started laughing. Seems like Jesse was singing one of the hymms and was a little louder than he thought and way off key. Even the Pastor was laughing.![]()
After the vows and the introductions as the new Mr and Mrs. G-----, Tony and Stacy did a little secret handshake and I gave Tony a "high five" on the way back down the aisle.
What seemed like thousands of pictures later, we were finally at the recption hall. Great food, lots of fun, and just a few drunks. The bridal dance was hilarious and I wish we had it on video. I know someone does, but not me.
Jesse gave such a wonderful speech/toast and the poor kid lost it at the end. He had the entire place laughing at one point and bawling at the next.( I just love that kid!).
Sunday: An impromptu "gift opening" party at our house had Tuna and I scurrying to Sam's to plan a luncheon for 15 people. That turned out great too!
I'm taking my camera to Walgreens to get prints and will try to add a few pictures here, but the photographer will have all the pictures up by this week and I'll post the link somewhere for all of you to see. Warning....there are some absolutely horrid picks of me "losing it" too.
It was a wonderful weekend and we really did have the time of our lives!![]()

Thanks for all the "well-wishes", the prayers for great weather (they worked!) and for not T-Ping our house.![]()

Ok, I give up trying to catch up today...let me know if I missed anything important.
How are all the "losers" doing today? So far I'm on track...good breakfast, I have a healthy lunch packed, and my main course for dinner is in the crockpot. I'm making super easy chicken, which I will eat the leftovers at least 3 times this week for lunch. When I make this recipe, I always cook extra, and then I can weigh out just 2-3 ounces at a time as leftovers for lunch with couscous and veggies (very filling). Then I can alternate 1-2 times with a tuna sandwich for lunch for variety.
Excellent Jen...way to go. I had a good morning with porridge for breakfast and then because I was at an all day training session, lunch was arranged for us and I had a bagel (naughty) and a bag of chips (even worse). Tonight I had a WW meal.
) - it's a lot harder when someone else is making the lunch arrangements. But you went home and had a WW meal - good for you!My goal is to weigh the same on Monday as Friday since week ends are my hardest. So i am good. have yougart for breakfast and my medifast shake for lunch. I will have a fiber one bar on the way to the gym and a south beach wrap for dinner. I love them.
Have a good afternoon.
ok friends, need some help! I need to choose another ADR for our Fall trip and the choice is between
Chef de France
or Rose and Crown
Any thoughts?
You need Brenda.
I know, I know and she is not here!! I should call her in Vegas. I know where they are.
That's it! I am calling her now.I know, I know and she is not here!! I should call her in Vegas. I know where they are.
That's it! I am calling her now.
You are not a stalker. You are not a stalker. You are not a stalker.

Joanne,
That's a great idea - weekends are my hardest time too.
I love those fiber one bars - which kind is your favorite? The new caramel ones are good, but I think they taste more like butterscotch...yum...
I have not tried these SB wraps yet...might have to check them out at the grocery store next time I go!
I like the chocolate chip. The sugar free jello carmel pudding is also one of my snacks. It's only 60 calories and is very good.
I've found a new exercise I'm going to try - there's a Zumba class at the Y on Tuesday nights. I think I'm going to go to it tomorrow.![]()
Hopefully I don't make a fool of myself!
worked a lot of muscles.I can't resist jumping in on this conversation. Lynn has been talked into taking belly dancing lessonsby some of her friends in our church choir. We have been kidding our pastor that this could lead into a new liturgical dance
that could be performed at mass. He got
. Lynn has also signed up to begin Yoga classes. I told her they should get the pastor to sign up for Yoga also so he could learn how to deal with reactions of having belly dancing at church services.
Catch you all later.
Chris
Me either. My brother tells me it isn't too difficult. The room we're doing is only a 5 1/2 x 7 bathroom. I figure if it gets too screwed up, it won't cost a lot to have someone come fix it.![]()
You are giving candyman a run for his money. I think you are a close second. Not to many husbands out there like candymand and underdog. They make a great team.
