Exactly what Andy said.
Right now we're waiting to see if Suz can have the time off without jeapordizing having off a couple days between the holidays (i.e. 12/26 and 1/2). Her boss was a real treat yesterday I guess.
We're trying to narrow down the hotels, but I found I can get the Hyatt at MCO for $170 including the taxes for that Saturday night (we have an 8:00 a.m. flight on Sunday, so at the airport by 6:00 - who knows how bad holiday travel will be).
We also found the Dolphin for $159/night. My rate for Caribbean Beach got corrected on
AAA's website, so that goes to $215 on Friday.
Then we're kicking around AS-Music as well.
Not sure if I want to switch hotels twice over 4 days, so we may just pick one for 3 nights and then the Hyatt for Saturday. We won't be in the parks late on Saturday even if we were staying at WDW because of how early we'd have to get up, so to make the drive that night is fine by me.
We will rent a car for 1 day on both ends and drop/pick-up at the Alamo Car Care Center (they have a shuttle to/from all the resorts

).
As it sits now, if Suz can get off, I think we'd go for Caribbean Beach for the 3 nights. We will probably have some resort time, so we'd want the Moderate over the Value.
I'd love to do the Dolphin for the one night (location is great and so is the hotel), but again, can't see going CB for 2, then Dolphin for 1, and then Hyatt for 1. The running around on Friday isn't bad since we were planning on hotel hopping to look at the decorations anyways that day. Just won't have time on Friday to enjoy the Dolphin and we'd have to check out Sat morning, so really can't enjoy the hotel on Sat either (don't want to come back to go swimming if I don't have a room to change in).
