I tried the other well known call of the rooster but the Dis board people who monitor the contents only allow the word to be displayed with asteriks.

You know; **** A Doodle Do

Chris

Where would we even start to try to secure the restaurant? :confused3

Would it be Dreams or DCL directly?

What did we do for the private wine tasting?

Obviously by getting our own private wine tasting with the numbers we had, I'm sure we could get a few other "private" events if we're all together.

Palo Brunch
Beer Tasting
Wine Tasting

Maybe we could get one of the "Art of..." things for our group.

I think our presence will be known all over the ship - Not-so-Quiet Cove Pool, Rock N Bar-D, Palo, etc.

What about Martini tasting. Jeff - I did see something on the DS about this, first few pages of #6.

Although, just remember Thursday night is Lobster night, so some might want to not put the feed bag on at Palo for brunch.

You can have mine ..yuk.

:cool2:

Boy! I stuck that rise and shine in just in time for you over there in the UK.

Chris

You did, but I've been up now for about and hour and a half, so I could've done it for you. Your late...what time is it your side? I would say about 2am?

I'm on Eastern Time in New York State. It's 2:37am here. I was just thinking that the KK2 people could be posting 24/7, around the clock. UK, then state side comes in during the day and then I arrive home from work at midnight to get on line. That covers the clock.:rotfl2: :surfweb:

Chris

GOS, I'm going to turn the ship over to you now. You have the watch. I have to take a look at the inside of my eyelids. Catch you all later tonight.

Chris

OK - went back and found the post on the DS:

Guests may request a space on the ship for a Private Function. This can
be done by faxing the request to Inventory Control at 407-566-7336 or
email at DCLFunctionRequests@email.disney.com. Don't forget to add Attn:
Group Specialist. Please be aware, these requests are subject to
availability and need a minimum of a 2 business day notice.

As noted in your email, this could be for a large number of Guests. In
order to make the process easier, please have one person provide the
following information:

*Reservation Number
*Sail Date
*Contact Name
*Phone Number
Type of function (e.g. Meeting, Private Function, etc.)
*Approximate number of Guests

Below are some of the events that can be arranged for groups:
*Meeting space
*Audio/Video equipment for meetings and/or functions

All events must be paid prior to sailing. Please be aware, some
restrictions apply to events and all events are subject to change.

We hope the above information proves helpful. If you need further
assistance planning your visit, please feel free to contact us.

And I really want to go!

Theres still plenty of time - keep saving those pennies:hug:

I don't remember seeing any classes, but I'm there as well if you find any in the early AM.

There werent many - spin and a yoga type one if I remember correctly.

DCL isn't the best with exercise classes, I have done yoga- didn't like it and they had a spin class- not for me either. So who ever is up early can walk deck 10 with me!! I ususally do an hour before topsiders opens then Roger meets me there or I dine alone!!!

Ooooh! - what time! - sounds like a great idea if I can get up early enough! I did leave Ellis and Neil snoring the one morning early and get myself a tea and wander round deck 10 - it was deserted!

HI Heather and Joannel, thats sounds good but how early are we talking here. May join you to if not too early. Never saw a sunrise or sunset last time.

Ditto! we think alike!:lmao:

:confused3 :confused3
I go away for awhile on a world tour with afeg and this is the way i'm treated?
:lmao: :lmao:
I can understand Karens abuse, she's always been envious of my "personalities", but Shelley? What did i do to you?
Better keep a close eye on that hubby of yours sweetie.(Does he have any scars?:lovestruc

Hey Big Red - whats with the green skin - is that your new sunblock?:rotfl:

I am usually up between 6 & 6:30.

:scared1:

Tomorrow we take Thomas to his kindergarten orientation. I almost can't believe he'll be going to "real" school next year! I guess they take the kids and do some activites with them and show them the school, and they tell parents about parent Teacher Organization and hot lunch, school calendars, etc.

Good luck today Thomas:banana: - have fun!

Wow, you're good. It is a tri-circle Mickey symbol in steelwork.

I knew that!:yay:

Someone asked earlier today how many of us were sailing this cruise.

Right now, if I look at Post #1, we are at 53 adults and 26 kids. I put Chris' eldest daughter as an adult.

Looks like our Palo brunch is nearing 30 right now. Might just get that entire restaurant (or at least the Port Side section/half). Better take the later seating just so we don't disturb too many people. Although, the earlier would be good since we could then sit longer without them kicking us out.

Someone asked...?:scared:eek: : Someone?:scared1: - dont you mean your good friend Karen:scared1:

Thanks Jeff - I knew you'd come up with those numbers:thumbsup2

Where would we even start to try to secure the restaurant? :confused3

I still have a list for martini tasting too!

I just realized that we are not listed on Page 1, that would add 2 adults and 2 kids to your numbers.

Great:rolleyes: - I just printed the list off - I'll add you on:goodvibes

Edited to add Mike & Robin

Palo brunch

Jeff and Suz
Karen and Neil
Nancy
Paige and Rob
Jen and Pete
Joanne and Roger

Mark & Janice
Giap & Dave
Cath and Sean
Walt and Di

No worries Mikey, I don't like the food either. They do have some yummy desserts though and they always have the chocolate croissants :thumbsup2 I'm going for the company, and will probably be stopping for a hot dog on the way there :lmao:

Yeah, we did the brunch in 2005 and I tried a whole bunch of stuff and I didn't like it :rolleyes1 I almost puked when I tried the caviar :crazy2: Still, I think I will stick to desserts.

What does eggs benedict taste like?? I've been meaning to try it but never have. It looks like it MIGHT be yummy.

I didnt try half the stuff but there was still plenty for me to dip into.

we'll get aunt robin and aunt nancy and grandma karen:laughing: to lean on you a little and you'll bring her. princess:
