Although I am so glad that Jeff, Heather, and Chris are going, I truly wish all the KKer's were going. Not sure if DCL could handle all of us for 15 days.

We're wishing we could be there too....but you're right. Who knows what havoc we could wreak in 15 days! :lmao:

Good morning/afternoon everyone!

Here, I'll help you out this morning, Andy...hope you feel better soon.

Let's play a game....who can tell me what this is and when it was taken?

Hi Jen--I'm guessing sunrise, taken from a verandah, on the Magic........am I even close..........:rolleyes1

Here comes Peter cotton tail, hopping down the bunny trail, hippity hoppity Easter's on it's way..............I'll say it's a male bunny...........

I don't know Andy, is Peter Cottontail the Easter Bunny or someone separate?

You should see all the discussion if you put it into Google.

Funniest answer I've seen yet - "Female, chocolate, need I say more?" :lmao:

Honestly, I don't know the answer to the Easter Bunny question, that's why I posed it.

You see a lot of Male costumes for it, but you also see some female versions too.

Maybe Pat from SNL is really the Easter Bunny. :rotfl2:

One person's female argument was, spring is the rebirth of the earth and eggs and rabbits symbolize birth, so the Easter Bunny is a female.

Talk to y'all later, I'm going to get ready first this morning and then do a tax return. I've been leaving after 8:00 all week. Maybe I can get DS school with more than 10 minutes before the bell rings today.

TOTAL FLUFF ALERT.

Sorry, I saw that I'm one post away from 300 on this thread so I'm just wasting a post here. Sorry.

I'd have to Fluff another 34 times after this post to catch up to you Jeffy Boy.............but I really don't feel up to it...............;) ;) ;)

Happy #300 Jeff!!!

I've got to start getting ready for work, but I really don't want too.......:sad1:

I have a question for everyone......(sorry if it is a repeat)

My sister and her family (DH, DD6, DD3) are heading to WDW for the first time (1st trip for each of them) in June. They are going for 6 nights, and are doing the dining plan. She has ADR's at CRT, the character meal with JoJo, et al, at MGM, and supper at Whispering Canyon. So she has two ADR's left and I think she will use one to do Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary. So does anyone have any suggestions for her? Any suggestions would be great--character meal or not, she is open to anything.

Thanks, y'all, and have a great Friday.:goodvibes

With kids that young, I'm guessing they are into Pooh. What about Crystal Palace?

There is also LTT in MK w/ Minne, Chip/Dale and a couple of others.

If she wanted to blow both on one meal, she could do Mickey's Backyard Barbecue.

What about using one for the breakfast at AK? Since the kids are probably too young for Everest, they will be back in the park right next to the Safari. They moved the location of the breakfast now to Tusker House.

With them being that young and probably not able to truly enjoy certain restaurants, you probably would get the best bang for the buck getting them character interaction.

That being said, the parents should really take advantage of the DDP and get some good restaurants. They will have kids menus at almost all of them. Maybe pick one of the nicer ones for the adults that is still only 1 sit-down credit.

What about Living Seas? Is that 1 or 2? The girls may like seeing the fish and I thought it was suppose to be good.

Then there are all the restaurants in Epcot and all the resorts. What types of food do they like?

Although Paige, in payment for our advice, I think you need to post some more pictures of your new crib.

How is the post move going?

What about Hoop De Do?

Even though Rick and I both enjoyed the 11 day cruise...it'll still be nice to cruise and dine with people we know and enjoy their company. Group hug moment :grouphug:

Becky/Jeff/Chris - any thoughts yet on our mini meet on Friday or Saturday, if Jeff is going to be there now?

Our plans for those two days are fairly flexible. Rick and I have to get to Target (just down the road) and we will be getting a one-day hopper on the Saturday to do selected rides in each park.

How about somewhere within Downtown or in one of the Hotels? Or we could go for a meal in one of the nearby restaurants.

We're open too. What about Rainforest Cafe, would that be best with the kids being in tow?

I don't have anything constructive to add.....:guilty:

How 'bout some fluff????? :woohoo:

We went to the zoo on Sunday, first time back since she was about 7 months. It was really great because she got to see a lot of the animals that she knows and says the sounds to. The elephants were particularily great because the trainers were in with them as we passed and they were very vocal and she got to hear the elephants make their sound :thumbsup2

This reaction was from seeing giraffes for the first time..

This was her watching some fish..

GOOD MORNING EVERYBODY:goodvibes

Maybe somewhere in DTD would be an easy place for everyone? - maybe the irish bar:confused3

DTD would be great... it would make it easy to get transportation. I would assume those staying off the property would already have transportation. Am I right?

Good morning/afternoon everyone!

It looks like a sunrise... I can't imagine you going up on deck that early with your little one, so I would say it was taken from your Varandah on the Magic.

Yes, it is going to be great sitting with friends for the cruise.

As for a meet, we are landing close to 11 p.m. on the 14th and plan on doing DL (and CA if we can use our WDW passes there) on Friday.

IF we get a reasonable rate at one of the DL hotels, we will probably stay there until Sunday morning. If not, we will probably head to San Diego on Saturday and then either stay at the LAX Marriott (the other shuttle location) or at a hotel near the pier.

However, even if we do SD on Saturday, it is not like we can't look into meeting up for dinner somewhere on Saturday night.

As for the Rain Forest, it doesn't make a difference with us. DS will eat anywhere. He does like all the animals though (Chris included :rotfl: ).
