.................to whoever is out there................:wave2:

here's how i got into trouble in orlando airport when we came home.:scared:

i have pacemaker and i'm not allowed to walk through the xray machine.
well we've only flown like 3 times and its still kind of intimidating going through security for us. robin always reminds me to tell them i've got a pacemaker so i told the guy. he says" ok tell that guy at the machine and he'll check you out". i go over there and tell him and he points at me and signals me in.:scared: i tell him, i cant go through there, i've got a pacemaker.
he points at me again and points to the gound and says "over here".
so i walk through. :scared: on the other side robin's saying "what did you go though there for? " i said"cause he told me to!!"
then a different guy says, "you have a pacemaker? you shouldn't have gone through there!!!!"
i'm like aggggggh.:headache: :headache:
i guess it could set the machine off or make changes in the settings of the pacemaker. i should have picked on pop tart and starting acting like i was have a heart attack.

good nite andy.
robin found out a new biggest loser is on now, so i've lost her till 10:00

Bad Mikey..................:rolleyes1

Good morning/afternoon everyone. I just dropped my sister and her family off at the airport. They are going to Disneyworld and I wanted to stow away in their luggage so very badly and go with them but I dropped them off at the airport and went to the grocery store and came home :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: My great-nieces were so excited! The almost 3 year old has been awake since 1:30 this morning talking about castles and princesses, I hope she sleeps on the plane! I can't wait to see their pictures and hear all about it when I pick them up at the airport next Sat. night!

And people wonder why we don't tell DS about our trips. Seeing that we usually leave mid/late afternoon, could you imagine him in school?

Heck, it is bad enough that Suz knows when we go on vacation. :rotfl2:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:
that reminds me of a trip a loooong time ago(we were much younger then),:hippie:
we were to wake up about 5 am and drive to fla.
we were so excited about leaving we couldnt sleep. about midnite we said "heck with it". we carried michael into the car(cassie wasnt born then) and took off driving.:woohoo:

robin put this pic on here earlier but didnt tell the story behind it.
for more years than i care to think about that same guys voice says that saying on the shirt on the monorail (in spanish).:hippie:
well for all those years, just to pick on the kids(and robin) i try to duplicate what he's saying. however when i say it, it comes out ..
"por pabor montinga cehalpeta si montinga":confused3 (translation, please stand clear of the door)
it used to drive the kids crazy.(especially when cassie got older and took spanish in school):rotfl2:
so last month when we saw that shirt, we couldnt believe it!!!
cassie actually bought one.:lmao:
i told her she's probably the only person to buy that shirt.princess:

Good morning everybody and

Happy mothers day

I've had a lovely morning so far....

Lovely card and prezzie, tea in bed, bacon and egg buttie in bed, sunday newspapers in bed, another mug of tea in bed with a ripple chocolate bar:goodvibes

We're now off to a garden centre then a shoe shop:banana:

I intend to purchase in both establishments:rotfl:

Have a great day everybody:goodvibes :grouphug:

I love that t shirt!

Neil and I love that announcement on the monorail...we didnt know exactly what he was saying, but Neil always lip-sinks (badly!) each time he says it. I'd definately buy a tshirt - what shop was it in?

Fuuny thing is, we did the exact same thing in 1983. It was our first time going to WDW and we were going to be staying at Fort Wilderness. We were also planning on leaving early Saturday morning and arriving Sunday afternoon. Couldn't take the wait, as I was too ecited to sleep, so we also left around midnight on Friday, stopped to get some sleep at "South of the Border" on I-95 then got up and drove through the night again, and arrived at WDW early Sunday morning. It was the second week of September and luckily for us, one of the FW trailers were ready so we got to check in early. My brother Pete went with us, he was 11 at the time, now he is getting ready to turn 36...........   Boy, he got older..............

Happy Mother's Day across the pond!

Sounds like your day is off to a great start, Karen!

My mother made the mistake of telling DS about our first trip to Door County (when he ws 3 and didn't have much of a concept of time) 10 days ahead of time - he was bouncing off the walls!

I will admit to not getting much sleep the night before we go on any trips also....I guess I'm just a big kid!

How old was Walt Disney when Steam Boat Willie debuted?

And there is NOTHING wrong with that..............;) ;) ;)
