Good morning everybody:goodvibes

Still awake at 6am even though its a saturday:rolleyes:

Karen--you just need to put your url addresses in your siggie one after another and don't leave any spaces between them. Give that a try and see what happens.

Thank you - I'll try that:thumbsup2

Ok, guys I'm off till tomorrow afternoon.

I'm to this women's slumber party sponsered by a local radio station.
I have 7 girlfriends going, we have 2 hotel rooms.
There's to be drinking, eating, dancing, and lots of pampering booths....
manicures, pedicures, massages, stuff for sale, Avon, Pampered Chef,
Intimate toys, wine tasting companies who book parties, dental consultations,
travel consultations, etc, etc......

Of course, it all costs $$$, but we've got the room, bringing wine and liquor to
our rooms too, and food....

Should be fun:woohoo:

See ya!

Sounds like a fun night:banana:

So does anyone bring room fresheners with them on the cruise.
I was thinking of bringing a couple of these for our August cruise to see how they work out. I have them at home and they work pretty good.

Are you asking this after reading Cass' joke:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Oh that is just cruel Mike!!! :sad2: :rotfl2:

Chris, although I normally don't post jokes (I'm a picture girl ;) ) I thought I would post this one for you but you have to resume your joke posting duties tomorrow ok! :thumbsup2 We need your sense o' humour around here! ::yes::

Baked Beans
One day I met a sweet gentleman and fell in love with him. When it became
apparent that we would marry, I made the supreme sacrifice and gave up beans.
Some months later, on my birthday, my car broke down on the way home
from work. Since I lived in the countryside I called my partner and told
him that I would be late because I had to walk home. On my way, I passed
by a small diner and the odour of baked beans was more than I could stand.
With miles to walk, I figured that I would walk off any ill effects by the time
I reached home, so I stopped at the diner and before I knew it, I had
consumed three large orders of baked beans. All the way home, I made
sure that I released all the gas.
Upon my arrival, my husband seemed excited to see! me and exclaimed
delightedly: "Darling I have a surprise for dinner tonight."

He then blindfolded me and led me to my chair at the dinner table.
I took a seat and just as he was about to remove my blindfold, the
telephone rang. He made me promise not to touch the blindfold until he returned
and went to answer the call.

The baked beans I had consumed were still affecting me and the pressure
had been building and was becoming most unbearable, so while my husband
was out of the room I seized the opportunity, shifted my weight to one
leg and let one go.

It was not only loud, but it smelled like a fertilizer truck running over a
skunk in front of a pulpwood mill. I took my napkin from my lap and
fanned the air around me vigorously.

Then, shifting to the other cheek, I ripped off three more. The stink
was worse than a skunk's on a diet of cooked cabbage.

Keeping my ears carefully tuned to the conversation in the other room,
I went on like this for another few minutes.
The pleasure was indescribable. When eventually the telephone
farewells signalled the end of my freedom, I quickly fanned the air a few
more times with my napkin, placed it on my lap and folded my hands back
on it feeling very relieved and pleased with myself.
My face must have been the picture of innocence when my husband
returned, apologizing for taking so long. He asked me if I had peeked
through the blindfold, and I assured him I had not.
At this point, he removed the blindfold, and twelve dinner guests
seated around the table chorused: "Happy Birthday to You !!!!"

I fainted!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:lmao: :lmao: I sent the same one to the No morals gang a few weeks ago, just my kinda humour, crude, tasteless and Tacky

Evening all ... :goodvibes

Here's a picture of the tiara I wanted to buy back in October 2006 ... kind of wish I had just gone ahead and bought it now. This was at Epcot in the Arribis Brothers store in Germany.

This is my vacation tiara...

Good morning/afternoon all!

This morning we have swim class, and this afternoon we're going over to our friends' house for the day. Tomorrow is swimming in the afternoon and then taking pizza over to the in-law's for dinner.

What's everyone else up to?

Oh, and I did get a date set to have my basement waterproofing done - March 17th. I'm hoping it will be early enough that most of the snow will not have melted yet. I can't believe I'm saying this, but here's hoping it stays cold for another 2 weeks! :scared1:

Good morning/afternoon everyone. I just dropped my sister and her family off at the airport. They are going to Disneyworld and I wanted to stow away in their luggage so very badly and go with them but I dropped them off at the airport and went to the grocery store and came home :sad2: :sad2: :sad2: My great-nieces were so excited! The almost 3 year old has been awake since 1:30 this morning talking about castles and princesses, I hope she sleeps on the plane! I can't wait to see their pictures and hear all about it when I pick them up at the airport next Sat. night!

And people wonder why we don't tell DS about our trips. Seeing that we usually leave mid/late afternoon, could you imagine him in school?

Heck, it is bad enough that Suz knows when we go on vacation. :rotfl2:

I found my fabric:yay: :yay: :yay:

I have been scouring shops since I painted the lounge to find some cushions or fabric in the same greeny blue:rolleyes: ..........must have been in dozens of shops....today I found it:yay: :yay:

And best of all - it was only £12 a metre:banana:

Just gotta make the cushions now:rolleyes1 - a simple square cushion should be easy enough right?

Thats a job for next week:woohoo:

I'm already looking at painting the hall, stairs and landing now:rolleyes1

Neil has threatened to hide the roller:rotfl:

Just waiting for the in laws to arrive - we're taking them for a curry.

Ellis has a McD's happy meal and we take it in and he eats it there with a bit of popadom:goodvibes

He did try and like my homemade curry the other night with rice, but some places make it with almond paste or nut oil so we cant let him eat in restaurants.

We get his results on Monday afternoon at the hospital:yay: - fingers crossed it comes back with he's only allergic to peanut:yay: - it would be soooooooooooooooooooooo much easier than avoiding every nut and every trace.
