Good morning/afternoon all....

I had some fun playing with my Printshop software last night. I've had it for ages, and haven't used it much. Well, after some playing around with it, I think I can use it to design my t-shirts for the family - it will even reverse images for the transfer paper!

Now I just have to get them to give me character ideas....

Of course, we'll want to see pictures Jen. :goodvibes

Thanks guys, Lina was quite somber when she got out of the car to go into school this morning. My heart was breaking for her...........:sad1:

I'll give Lina your best when I see her this afternoon.............

You think I can figure out how to post the design?!?!?! :lmao: :rotfl2:

I could barely figure out how to use the software...:rotfl:

Actually, the way I did it, the program saved it as a t-shirt transfer file, which I haven't figured out how to post. I might have to do a test t-shirt and post pics of that.

Julia says she should come by herself next week. "No one would steal her" She is now telling daddy that MacKenzie will tie my shoes next week.:rotfl2:

When I picked Mackenzie up from school, she asked me "when do I get on the plane mommy, Julia needs my help, I need to go now" She has absolutly no concern about going by herself. :confused3

You'll get along great with my FIL then - he's a big Jimmy Buffet fan also. I also like him, but Steve (my FIL) has been to several concerts, and really enjoyed Margaritaville in Cozumel.

Jen we even have Buffet license plates for our cars!

GO GIT CHA MOMMA

A redneck family from the hills was visiting the
city and they were in a mall for the first time in
their lives. The father and son were strolling around
while the wife shopped. They were amazed by
almost everything they saw, but especially by two
shiny, silver walls that could move apart and then
slide back together again.

The boy asked, "Paw, what's at?" The father (never
having seen an elevator) responded, "Son, I dunno. I
ain't never seen anything like that in my entire life,
I ain't got no idea what it is."

While the boy and his father were watching with
amazement, a old lady in a wheel chair rolled up
to the moving walls and pressed a button. The walls
opened and the lady rolled between them into a small room.

The walls closed and the boy
and his father watched the small circular number above
the walls light up sequentially. They continued to
watch until it reached the last number and then the
numbers began to light in the reverse order. Then the
walls opened up again and a gorgeous, voluptuous 24
year-old blonde woman stepped out.

The father, not taking his eyes off the young woman,
said quietly to his son,
"Boy..................go git cha Momma..............."

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Their a very tough audience dear but keep up the good work
:)

Mornin' All. Kind of bummed out this morning. A classmate of Angelina's (age 18) died yesterday. It seems as though he got into a fight and another kid (age 17) stabbed him with a steak knife, the young boy died three hours later at the hospital. So sad.............:sad1: :sad1: :sad1:

The boy's funeral is being held tomorrow because the school's Senior Trip leaves early Saturday morning for WDW.

Morning Andy

That is so :sad1: . What is this world coming to? Did Angelina know the boy well. Make sure to give her a  from me.

Last day of work for the week.

This week feels like it has dragged on forever.

I am hoping to have a few strong men around today when I get home to help me move my project into the house. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Well Scott is not home yet and Mackenzie is not up yet so I am going to go, so I can make room for it in the house.

Have a good day all.

Hey Carrie!

I may have missed you already but good luck!

Can I ask (I think I missed it) what project this is?

Cass, that would be cool! I love the idea of putting MNSSHP on the Mickey Pumpkin...

I think I might order some of the HP paper...it's 2 packs (6 pages of the color transfer paper) for 9.99 USD plus free shipping. i think that's pretty good.

Well, I'm committed (or I need to be committed:lmao: ) to the HP transfer paper - I ordered 6 packs! :scared1:

I have a couple extra t-shirts I want to make before then too...I'll let you know how they turn out!

Someone did a FE and posted their pic on the FE thread - they did iron on transfers on the pockets and it turned out pretty cute....

Jen what software do you use?

Jen what software do you use?

It's an older program called Print Shop 10

http://www.amazon.com/Print-Shop-10-Deluxe-DVD/dp/B00003GO0N

DH bought it for me a long time ago (in a galaxy far, far away - I think it was before DS was born even) to make cards and stuff. I think there's better software out now, and some iron on transfers even come with trial software to use. But, I think it's going to do the trick for this project, at least.

Hey Nancy,

When I was reading back I saw someone post about the Castaway Club gift for 2008 and I remember you asking once if anyone had any extra lanyards. Just wondering if you got what you needed.

Hopefully some fine BOBers that are CC members came through for you. Sorry, Karen stole ours. :rotfl:

Not sure if they'll be in the bags/gifts when we go in August.

We got them from a friend. She had gotten them for her daughter and her daughter said she didn't want to go. So she offered to sell them to us. It was a great concert. They are good performers.:thumbsup2 And cute too. Jail bait but cute.:lmao:

Glad you enjoyed the concert. Did you scream and embarrass Alex, i do thatto Olivia.:rotfl:
What does "jail bait" mean, not heard that saying before

The young man (Shaun) was not a close friend of Angelina's, but she did know him since they had some classes together. Out high school is on the smaller side, I think there are only about 250 seniors(give or take a few).
