So, here's a little story. You know when someone does something stupid on the road and you say to yourself "where's a cop when you need one"?

I was talking my lunchtime walk in the industrial park where I work. There is a 25 mph speed limit on the road I walk on. A cop is usually parked on the side with his radar trying to catch someone. Today was no exception. Some idiot flies by me and I yell out "slow down". He flips me off and one block later is pulled over by the cop!!

POETIC JUSTICE!!!!

Now of course, I just had to cut my walk a little short and turn around. As I walked passed the drivers open window, I just smiled and said "have a nice day sir". All he said was "yeah, yeah...you're really enjoying this aren't you"? I said "yes sir, I am".

Love it! I wish things like that happened more often!

My new camera arrived this morning - good job I ws up early - he ws banging on the door at 7.15am this morning! - I was his third drop too! - god knows what time he woke the others up

I don't start knocking on people's doors until at least 8:30-9:00

I did get the email with the group rate info from the Radisson:
"Guest Room Rates:

We are happy to offer you $109.00 per night. Rate includes Accommodations for one night, Free Transportation to and from Port Canaveral, and Free Parking while their on their cruise.

Rates are net, non-commissionable and do not include 11% tax."

Those that are interested in staying at the Port the Fri. night before the cruise let me know if you want me to pursue this at this time.

I'm going to go back and try and see if anyone else added themselves in the last few days to the list we had going.

WOW! - Thats good - how much is the terminal parking? It might be worth getting a room just for the parking

Congratulations Karen Rach has been bugging us for a new underwater camera, the only thing is is her camera is already newer and better than mine and Al's

We're giving Ellis our old 4mp camera so he'll be as click happy as me on holiday

Its a vivitar camera - waterproof to 10 metres - half the price of the pentax I was getting. They are bound to have them on your ebay. I just search "underwater camera" and theres loads.

Its a georgous day still, my Mother insisted on seeing Ellis, so I had to take him over , so I'm going to make the most of it and we'll go out for dinner before collecting him

Hurry up Neil - your wife is starving - I never got round to lunch - just had a banana (I dont even like bananas but it was the quickest thing to grab )

Going to a pub/restaurant and going to sit in the pub garden - what a lovely day its been!

Camera, sunbathing and swimming in an empty pool, now dinner for 2!

(Sorry to be nosy, but if there's anything I can do....)

I’m sure everything will be ok one day. There are a lot of unwanted opinions, and hurtful remarks being made right now from some family members who have no right to make these comments in the first place. I just wish people would remember that it’s not about them, rather it’s all about Kristin and Jesse.

Hungry -I am always hungry. We are trying to eat better as a family, so we have had salads the last three night. Does any one have any salad recipes out there? It's going to get boring!!!

Here’s one of my favorites:

Red leaf lettuce
Baby Spinach
Strawberries, sliced
Grilled Chicken Breast
Paul Newman’s Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
(TGIF makes this as their Strawberry Fields Salad but they add pecans and shredded Parmesan cheese. Although delicious, I don’t add the extra fat and calories by adding those two.)
To make it even healthier yet, I use only organic items.

I also make this one:

Baby spinach
Fresh Mango, cubed
1 c of seedless red grapes
Grilled Chicken Breast
Brianna’s Blush Wine Vinaigrette Dressing


(Doesn’t Vinaigrette look like it’s spelled incorrectly? I “spell checked” it though.)

The last 2 days at work were crazy and then I had a lot of chauffering of Rachel to do in the evenings so I just didn't get a chance to get on here, looks like I have lots of catching up to do.

This beats the group rate at the Country Inn & Suites by $30.00!

Ooooh - they sound nice. Our salads over here are pretty uninspiring. When I'm in America I overdose on blue cheese dressing - I adore the stuff.
