Good Morning/Afternoon Folks,

I think I have to have someone take my temp, I didn't get out of bed until 8:25 this morning and only because the next door neighbor's lawn mower woke me up. I never sleep this late......

8:25 cutting the grass on a Saturday, what happen to being courteous and waiting until 9:00 on the weekend?

Work has been crazy - they'r changing some of my responsibilities at work, and then my co-worker just left for Norway for 2 1/2 weeks (she's a native of Norway). So, I will be overworked for a couple of weeks and probably won't get to DIS much.

And I thought you were commissioning Cassie to take all the KK2 calendar photos????

yep. cassie will take most of the photos.
however some of the kk girls have requested going topless(and you know who you are) and cassie doesnt want to take those pics.(any volunteers?)

Just looked at our checking account online and I saw that our Stimulus Rebate Check is in our account!!!

I also found out at work that it appears as though our new three year contract should be settled soon, with our raise retroactive back to January 1st of this year!!!

Hazel and I are still waiting for our OKW DVC closing papers to be sent to us, we are hoping to be able to close before our trip on 5/21.

Gotta love when money just starts showing up, huh Andy?

Chris (Morsel): Loved your post about Moms. Too, too sweet. I think I missed something somewhere. Are you a minister or a deacon?

Yes, I'm a deacon here in Hamlin. Catholic Diocese of Rochester, N.Y.. Ordained in the last century, 1993. One parishioner came up to me recently and asked if I wouild ever consider being a priest. I told her there were two reason why I would not. First, I'm not academically inclined for the required Masters in Theology. Second, and most important, I said I like some of the finer things in life that a priest is not allowed.

Hazel and I also signed closing papers last evening on a mortgage refi so we could combine our 1st and 2nd mortgage and saved quite a few $$ each month with a lower interest rate!!!

Our township does have noise ordinance, but it runs from 10pm until 8am, after 8am, all is fair game, within reason of course.
