Wow, this thread has been real slow lately At least it's not hard to catch up to

I decided to make a couple more 2-tier cakes for my website today. If I had more room to store them I would make more. I still want to do a At the Zoo cake and an On the Farm cake but I have 6 cakes sitting here now so until I sell them, I think that's it for the cake making

They are real cute Cass. Do you have to leave them finished once you've taken your pictures, or could you not just make one and decorate it differently each time for the photos?

We popped out, just to get some flowers for my demonstration on Wednesday and there were loads of people at the local park/common making huge snowmen. Rick swept the path and drive this morning before we went out and got snowballed by the local kids

Hi guys. We spent the WHOLE day yesterday shopping for a new dryer. We ended up buying not only a new dryer but also a new washing machine (as Al reminded me, Rachel and I have been complaining about our washing machine for awhile now). They will be delivered on Tues. Today will be a cleaning day for us. We need to clean out the laundry room and we need to get rid of any clutter from the rest of the house by Tues. because we are dog sitting a friends dog starting on Tues. too. 2 labs chasing each other around through here means there is no room for clutter I hope today is as nice here as it was yesterday so I can open some windows and let in some fresh air

Cass your cakes are beautiful!!! My niece made a diaper cake for another niece for her baby shower and it was a big hit. I just hope that when the niece that made the cake is going to have a baby we will be able to figure out how to make one for her.

I'm telling you, she wants me dead. We just got the confirmation that the new life insurance policies went into effect. She started talking about his excursion after that.

I have to find a way to get on a different tour. I like the one that does the city highlights, the fort and then shopping (figure it only gives her an hour to shop ). That one is substantially less cost too.

There is also the city tour with folklore show. Not sure about that one.

As for shot, Suz did put a call in to the travel nurse at the clinic, but we haven't heard anything back yet. I think we need to get DS in soon for one of his two parter shot (the other part will be after we get back, but they want this one in now and up and working before we leave). The second part is a booster type that you're suppose to get 6 months later.

Not sure what I will need.

That's the one we want to do...safety in numbers?!

Some of the D.S. are getting Hep A shots..think Becky was anyway. Rick's got his 6 month check up soon, so he'll as the DR's then.

I have not done any of the tours by these companies per se, but I honestly don't think I would do the mangrove tour.

Either of the forts are neat to see....

Got on the scale this morning and I am a
BOBALOSER
I lost 3 lbs this week. I have been walking during my lunch 1/2 hour. I walk a mile in 20min right now, but just you wait, be walking it in 10 then I will have to do 2 miles.

BOBALOSER
I lost 3 lbs this week. I have been walking during my lunch 1/2 hour. I walk a mile in 20min right now, but just you wait, be walking it in 10 then I will have to do 2 miles.

Hey Shelley, all the snow from around here is pretty much gone now just some left in parking lots where there had been huge piles of it but those are shrinking nicely too now! Yesterday was a beautiful day here and so far it is looking like today may be the same. At some point we definitely need to get Belle out for a walk today!

How are things in VA? Is spring in full bloom yet?

I just read on MSN that Charlton Heston died yesterday. I can remember the first time I watched Ben Hur. I was with my grandfather and every time I watch it now it really makes me miss him. We have truly lost a great American film icon.

You know that you need sleep when you get suckered into an infomercial. I ordered a new workout system. Turbo Jam. I used to do kickboxing and dance and this looks like a combo of the two. I'll let you BOBalosers know how it goes!

Rachel has found some channel on the DISH that has exercise infomercials. She wants me to order Slim in 6 or Hip Hop Abs for her. If I knew she would really use these DVDs for more than a week I'd be more than happy to order one of them for her but she is just so busy with school and practice for the musical that I just don't think she'll have time. I told her she should use the treadmill or exercise bike consistently for awhile to prove she will stick with an exercise routine.
