Here's the pic Cassie took of us last fall at her studio... It looks like I have something in my tooth but it was on the scanner screen.

What level belt do you have Nancy?

I have a black belt. A brown one too. It all depends what suit I'm wearing on the day.

Actually, I earned purple belt years ago in Okinowan Karate. It's different from TaeKwonDo. But that was back in 1973 when I lived on the wild and crazy east side. My brother thought I needed to be able to protect myself down there so he paid for lessons for me.

Kristin was attacked one night at her apartment by some huge brut (described him as over 6 feet tall and over 250 lbs) who wanted her purse. She just got home from her Kickboxing lessons and managed to take the man down to his knees. He cried like a big baby...she ran.

I love it!!! Way to go Kristin. I would love to take that class. Coldwell Banker always said they were going to provide us agents with self defense classes, but never did.

I wanna learn more than that. I wanna kick some mugger's a**. (hee hee)
