I kid you not. He thinks its the plugs thats causing the engine to flood, so he's changing them today for me. Not exactly flowers and chocolates, but far more useful
He did have a bottle of champagne chilling though so I let him off

Hi Heather - no he missed his day!! Patrick Stewart from Star Trek was presenting the award. He was gutted but there was nothing we could do. We tried to get another time on the day but they have allocated times.

How stupid does this make me feel....we purchased a bottle of Guavaberry Liquor in St Martin and forgot to pack it in our case and when we got to the airport, I had to give it away.

Yep, I did. We had a problem with Budget. They tried to charge us twice and a lady at the rental desk sorted out. So I gave her the bottle as a thank you.

Just got back from a hockey weekend. Grandson Jason's BAntam team had a win but 2 losses up ion Bangor. We also saw Univ. of Maine tie with Boston College. Now I think we're done traveling until some time next spring so we can put the suitcases in the attic for the winter! Glad to see folks are still posting pictures - it's the gift that keeps on giving!

Hello everybody!

I've been absent from the board for a while because of a lot of stuff going on around here. Nothing horrible, just work and stuff.

(I've also felt a bit guilty about not having all the pictures sorted and ready to burn onto CDs.)

However, that's about to change. I am making rapid progress and should have all of the pictures of interest to BOBers sorted, removed all the red eyes, and ready to go by the end of the weeked.

I am planning to post them on photobucket, as well as send a CD to whoever wants to have the full set in one place. Please PM me if you would like me to send you the link, and indicate if you want a CD. If so, please include your mailing address in the PM.

Beth and the girls keep saying that they want to go back on the cruise! Of course, they want all of the BOBers back on too! This group made this the best cruise that we have taken.

I hope that everybody has recovered from the illnesses right after the cruise.
