Well packing is all done---just the last minute stuff for carry on and bathroom stuff---got my nails and feet done yesterday------------- Now off here to go laminate my magnets and then tom. getting my gray hair colored

I agree, unless the school is going to go after you with the truancy board, what the heck is one more day. Just please make sure their work is done when they get back, that is a HUGE pet peave with school personnel. I know I'm the evil one that calls and tells you all this fun is not excused.

Alas, too much to do tomorrow. I realized today that the lawn needs mowed. I don't think there is enough time for that.

Matthew - our yard needs mowing too - but we have no time to get it done before we leave! May have to pay a neighbor to do it for us.

I haven't been feeling well and I wanted to rest and that is why I actually called in sick - plus I pulled the girls out of school for these 2 days, so they wouldn't pick up "the bug". I think it's a good decision on my part....

See you in a couple days!!!

I hope you feel better. At the bus stop this afternoon, everybody was talking about the various illnesses going around. Flu, Strep Throat, lots of coughs and colds. It's amazing. Staying well is a real challenge this year!

I got the kids out of school today for an Allergist appointment and I asked the school secretary how attendance was and if they had any severe illnesses going around. She said, nope, just vacations!

I said, "well add us to that list, guilty as charged."
