I just spoke to my contact at the Radisson, he said there is shuttle space set up for 55 BOBERs (I don't even think there are 55 BOBERs staying at the Radisson anymore so there should be plenty of room). He said you need to be in the lobby by 9:45 and the drivers will call the BOBER group and they will load your luggage and get you to the port. He said this is the easiest way to do it, the vans coming from the hotels get to bypass the line of cars waiting to drop people off.

Yay!! Thank you Cheryl! We'll make sure to mention it when we check in.

Hi guys!!!
It's Red Ribbon Week this week (just say no to drugs). Today is slipper day and I have my mickey slippers on! Yesterday was tie one on against drugs (what moron came up with that I have no idea) but I got to wear sean's mickey/goofy/donald tie. Monday was sweats day, yep wore the disneyland sweatshirt. Tomorrow inside out day, haven't figured a disney one for that yet.....

I would take my kids out of school but I think they are getting their homework for the week tomorrow. We could then leave earlier to go to Maine.

I wish Abby's teachers would give me some work for her to do on the ship - got some math but nothing from the other teachers! Oh well!!

It might be a bit last minute, but could you turn a t-shirt inside out and then do some kind of DISign on it? Maybe even do the design mirror image on purpose?

That's the only idea I have.

You sound like me!! Of course, I sent mine to get printed and laminated at Officemax - or else I would have gone through MULTIPLE color cartridges!!

My MIL has a laminating machine for crafting, so she laminated all my signs. I also designed a couple for her!

I'm sure I will cover the door - I may even have to rotate signs, or share with my neighbors (who are also in my travel party!)

Follow my lead Jen - take him out of school!! Becca is sitting on the couch watching Spongebob and Abby is playing some games in her room. Both STILL in their PJs!!

Thomas has his first meeting of the "Computer Club" tomorrow.....I think that is the only thing now keeping me from taking him out of school. He was so excited to sign up.

I guess I will just have to keep my fingers crossed!

I finised with my Six Day Stretch! I'm officially on vacation! This Afternoon we'll be in Sacramento and We'll be flying out first thing in the morning.

Oh! That reminds me, I've got to arrange our transportation tomorrow morning!

Our kids have been asked to keep a journal, both were given math and both were told to read as much as possible and that's about it. Both teachers said they understood us pulling our kids early in light of already missing one holiday and that the trip was lots of education on its own and no problem missing the three weeks of school.

I don't have time to read back this morning and I am off and running to try and get everything done before we leave today. Ahhhhh ... I'm afraid that I'm forgetting something important We're leaving with a brand new house just finished being dug and the cribbers are there now. Here's hoping everything goes well while we are gone. Ron is bringing his cell phone and lap top for when the guys have questions while we're away. I'm guessing Disney will be getting a lot of money from us for the internet time.

I like that journal idea.

Maybe I'll have our kids do one too. It will be a nice memory keepsake for them too.

Lynn and I, when deciding when to go down, decided on Friday instead of earlier. Many of you are leaving today and tomorrow. Now that the time is near we both are thinking that we should have at least decided to go Thursday. Our state of mind these last couple days have been on Orlando and the cruise.

Oh, poor puppy....


I have had our suitcases in the basement - the cats are not allowed down there. So, they are still oblivious to the fact that we're leaving. When our suitcases come upstairs, they will be sitting on top of them or trying to find a way in.

same here, Jen. Our cats are trying to keep us from the luggage. My oldest siamese will be pacing, meowing and shedding like crazy when we start to leave When we get back she'll be mad at us for a week.
