My dr. actually recommended it, he doesn't normally recommend fad diets, but he's a believer in WW.
Yep, because it isn't a fad. There are no pills, delivered meals, carb limits, etc. It is all about becoming educated on how to choose your own food and count fat and fiber. And of course exercise.It is what every good Dr. recommends; less food, healthy food and more exercise.
