Chaz (I think I am right), you were on KK1 weren't you? Why don't you post some of your pics and see if any of us were hanging about in them? That would be funny.

That's too funny, I have nearly the exact same photo of one of mine coming down the slide, with one foot up and the rest of the body unrecognizable.

I have one somewhere of all of us but the DCL CM cut me and my dads heads off.

I wish the shuttle would have lifted off about 90 minutes later. We would literally have had a front row seat from the port side of Deck 10.

Here it is. Leah was actually too young for the Mickey slide, Stuart coaxed her up there and told the guy that she was 4 years old and not 3. I was down below thinking that once Stuart told them that she was 3 they would send her packing. But instead she slid down.

She came down so akwardly that I would not let her go again. She actually was fine with that. She wanted to to it once, she did it and she went about her business in the rest of the pool.

I wish the shuttle would have lifted off about 90 minutes later. We would literally have had a front row seat from the port side of Deck 10.

That would have been cool! There was supposed to be a Shuttle Launch during embarkation on KK1 but it was scrubbed about 2 or 3 weeks before the cruise.

I think that there's a rocket scheduled to go up on Oct 31st this year. I'm not sure if that has changed or not. It's the reason that I didn't plan on Kennedy Space Center to while away my time until our plane leaves.

Hello All!

This is our first cruise and my first post ever! Looking to find friends for our girls before we cruise, 9 1/2 & 6. And any other information you care to send my way! Though I have done quite a bit of reading today!

So excited!!!

Jay was only 4 on our last cruise. I think he went down the slide twice and was chicken! He is much more comfortable in the water now, so I imagine he will be going down non stop this time around.

It's funny, during the summer he asked me, "dad I wish there was a dock at Castaway Cay that I can jump in the water off of." I told him there was, but he didn't believe me. I did a quick google image search and showed him. He was really happy when he saw the structure that there is at the family beach.

But haven't got any tshirts done yet

I was supposed to finish my t-shirts this weekend, but we went to the in-laws' instead and watched the Bears game. I did 6 shirts a while ago (Christmas presents last year for the in-laws) but I didn't do ours at that time. I figured Thomas would want to change the character on the back (which he did!) if I made it to early.

I have the designs done - just need to print and iron.
