Have a great weekend Dawg.

I loved seeing Alaska by cruise and I would much rather do Disney than Princess again.

I would too, although we loved the Dawn Princess. Same size as the Magic, give or take a few feet.

Time to call it quits for tonight.

I think I found the Cruise I will go for (depending on price).

The 6-night LA to Vancouver cruise leaves on Wed, Apr 27, 2011. Easter that year is on Apr 24th. DS won't miss much school for that one.

Here is the Itinerary:

6-Night Los Angeles to Vancouver Cruise

Wednesday Los Angeles, California — 4:00 p.m.
Thursday At Sea — —
Friday San Francisco, California 7:30 a.m. —
Saturday San Francisco, California — 3:00 p.m.
Sunday At Sea — —
Monday Victoria, Canada 11:00 a.m. 6:30 p.m.
Tuesday Vancouver, Canada 8:00 a.m. —

That's the one I was looking at but if I get off in Victoria, I may never get back on the ship :rolleyes1 Been wanting to live there since I was 17 :goodvibes

I don't know what I want to do, so many great options now! I still really want to do the Canal Repo since I missed the last two but I bet the prices are gonna stink :sad2:

I looked up the weather for the ports and it's wayyyy more reasonable than the temps when you guys went. :thumbsup2

The PC Repo may not be as bad as you think. It doesn't sail until AFTER the Christmas holiday for schools. Not many people will be pulling their kids out for another 2 1/2 weeks after they just had 1 1/2 off. That would be almost a whole month out of school.

It could run high if there is a large adult interest in it though. But then again, these things are going on sale in a little over one week (two for the general public). The economy still isn't sound, as our cruise price indicate, so it may not sell off of Tier 1 as quickly as the 2008 Repos did. :thumbsup2

If you can swing it, I'd highly recommend going for it. Will Kira be in 1st grade by then? Even if she is, I would still pull to go on that.

I really wish they had released prices for the PC Repo today!!! I want to know whether it's in my budget or not so then I could move on to plan something else :rolleyes1 :lmao:

Evening everyone.

I am unsure how I feel about Alaska :confused3 When I vacation I want warm, sunny, blue seas...not cold. I live in a place where we are lucky if we have 3 months of summer weather. I have heard it is beautiful and worth every penny, but still it is COLD. I would love the Southern Caribeanen, but my work schedule would never allow me to vacation at the year of the year :sad1:

My next goal is either the Repo or Medi cruise. Better start saving now.

Hope everyone has a great weekend. Wisconsin is finally getting a bit of summer...go figure :confused3 Going to enjoy it while I can....

Well since DCL is doing Alaska every year, we could always do that in 2013 so I REALLY want to do PC repo if it's reasonable :thumbsup2

Kira will only be a little over 4 so still in preschool, no worries about school or anything like that and January is great for us because that is off-season for DJing :goodvibes

But we only have cruised 3 times so we will be the bottom tier of Castaway Club so we can't book it on the first day. I hope adults don't have any interest in this repo :rolleyes1 :lmao: You are right about the kids, won't be many on that ship :thumbsup2

Gotta go make supper :headache: Can't for the 2 weeks when I don't have to cook :rolleyes1:thumbsup2:lmao:

33 more days :cool1:

That picture that Cass posted of the Dream/Fantasy kind of reminds me of the overall style of the RCCL Voyager class ships. They have the front cabins as well. It also looks like there could be a restaurant a deck or two over the bridge. I am guessing one of those is the spa/gym and one is a buffet or alternative restaurant.

But would it not be fun to be with a group when it is announced?

Yeah, Jeff. I think we should get together.

Maybe a special pin will be released at that time too. :rolleyes1

That'll rock!

Are there pin collectors here???

I collect them but I really don't trade. I like all of mine too well.

6 weeks from right now we will be on approach to MCO!

we'll be at MNSSHP!

I loved seeing Alaska by cruise and I would much rather do Disney than Princess again.

Amen, Sister!

I was hoping for prices today but not really thinking that I would get any.

This new Disney information is hard for me to contain -- DH won't consider looking into another DCL trip until he's sure everyone has fun on this one!! I guess that seems logical... :confused3

So help him out, people!! Make sure he has fun!! :dance3:

no pressure... :rotfl2::lmao:
