It's so hard to believe the kids are back in school already. Cute pic. They sure are getting tall. :cutie:

anadin
Bottle of water
Snacks

What else do I need?

Awwwww! I'm totally tearing up over the last thing on your list! How sweet you are! She is going to LOVE that! :-):hug:

You are so awesome!!

WHOA!!! What's with the crutches? What happened? :confused3

She broke her ankle about 3 1/2 weeks ago. She fell off the front sidewalk. She has an aircast she is wearing but doesn't have it on in the pic because she had just gotten out of the shower.

Thanks to all of you who PM'd me to let me know that I need to bring some Sunshine Rewards stuff with me on the cruise for you. (I have some very cool "Sunshine Your Way to Disney" bags!) If anyone has joined in the last few weeks and I didn't know it, let me know. :)

I feel like this cruise is actually getting closer!!!

it's been crazy busy today at work and I hvent had a chance to catch up with you all. I'm waiting to get a massage right mow but wanted to post that I picked up my door signs from office max!!!! They printed and lamitawd them and they look soooooo good. Can't wait for u to see them all!

Catch up soon!

Angie - May I ask...was it expensive to have Office Max print/laminate your signs for you?

Boy I have a lot to catch up on since Saturday! :)

Hope everyone had a fabulous weekend and a smooth Monday! I got off work early today so that's always a good start to the week. :woohoo:

I went and got the kids' passports ordered Saturday (whew WHAT a process!) and turned in our medical forms at the Dr's office today. I was ready to expedite the passports cause I'll be a wreck if they aren't here by October. The lady at the post office said we had plenty of time, she estimated 2-3 weeks! I guess it's slow right now. I'll just be relieved when they come in the mail!

We still have to get my step-son's passport. It is nice to hear that it is a 2-3 week turnaround...

I was going to say that. We took my daughter one time and she about tossed her cookies watching that. :rotfl2: poor kid.

I did notice, on kk1, a lot of people leaving the theater because they couldn't take it. Some were simply green. :lmao:

You must have seen me & my son :lmao: We both got green pirate night. Those waves were no joke!

Hi everyone:

Mike's off to work his 12 hr shift. I guess I better hit the exercise trail. blah!

I wasn't a very good girl over the weekend. :sad2:

What's the fun in being good all the time, Robin?? :confused3
:littleangel:
I was considering a massage on the cruise. They sometimes put special offers for the spa in the navigator. I think Ill wait to see what they offer.

I would love to have a foot massage, a deep tissue massage and a facial. I don't want much, do I? :rotfl2:

I get a massage every once in a while. After looking at the prices on board, I decided NOT to get one there.... just can't see paying that much moola!!!:scared1:

They were greatly appreciated! Thanks. Hopefully I won't feel that way this year.

All this talk of sea-sickness is making me nervous... I can ride the wildest roller coaster in the world, but get me on a ferry and I get super .... now my old boss had a pontoon boat we used to go out in and I didn't get sick....I'll definitely be getting some ginger snaps (YUMMMM) and non-drowsy dramamine for the trip.
He works in a plant that makes tires.

Mike and Dave will get along famously!! Along with scars that they can compare, Dave can talk the tire game. While in college (and before that) he worked at Sam's Club in the tire department - selling them, installing them, EVERYTHING!! It's been 10 years, but he can still tell me everything I ever wanted to know about tires (and then all the stuff that I DIDN'T!):rotfl2:

How cute!!! Love Alex's Aeropostale stuff!! Abby has an Aero bag (not the messenger one) for her books this year. Of course, they don't start school until 2 weeks from tomorrow... ARGHGHGHGHGG. Is Alex going into 8th grade? (How did you survive 6th grade...???):scared1:

We are actually doing the couples massage, but shhhhh it is a secret. I went back and forth because of the cost, but I think this will be the last big trip we take until the kids are out of high school (or at least during the school year) so what the heck!

Hey all!! It's been such a great DCL day today! My new fish extender came in the mail and it's so much better than the sad little attempt that I tried to make.:lmao:

When I get a chance, I'm going to take a picture of them side by side and post them - everyone will get a big giggle out of it (it's ok - I laugh at myself all the time - it's what makes life fun!!) I think my main problem with making mine is that I made it WAY too big. This one is smaller but it's perfect for us.

This is going to be a yucky week at work.... have outside consultants coming in to start the process of upgrading our Accounting software back end systems (for you geeks out there - we are upgrading from UNIX platform to a SQL platform). Lots of meetings - not a lot of surf time unless I position myself strategically in the conference rooms! LOL

Got our door decorations picked up from Office max - now all I have to do is cut some of them out in shapes and stick some magnetic tape to the back and we are in BUSINESS!!

I'm heading off to bed - for some reason, I'm a little sleepy after my massage! But I feel yummy (and I worked out today too:banana:)

Talk to you all in the morning!

:confused3 What is is this? :confused3

Sunshine Rewards is my business. It's kind of a coupon/cash back rewards site. We have about 80% of our members as Disney fans, so we always do a lot of Disney giveaways. In fact, the last DCL cruise that I was on was a Sunshine Rewards Member Cruise. So I have some fun stuff left to give away.

And thankfully I saved my Fish Extender. I put so much work into it for a 3 day cruise! I am glad to be able to pull it out and use it for longer this time. I'm not exactly crafty, so it was a challenge.

Lisa - you will LOVE the couples massage!!! Haven't done one on the cruise (since Ive never cruised before...:rotfl:) but I surprised Dave on our 10th anniversary with a couples massage - he had never had ANY professional massage before. He loved it (and I loved it)

Have a wonderful time!

Angie - May I ask...was it expensive to have Office Max print/laminate your signs for you?

Lisa - I don't think it was expensive at all (in my opinion). It cost me $26 to print and laminate 20 pages (8 x 11). I think he rang it up wrong, though because they are running a lamination special until September 12th (50% off) and he didnt' get that for me... I'm going to call in the morning (was in a hurry and on my way to my massage)

They did a GREAT job... totallly worth every penny!

Lisa - I can't photoshop to save my life - go to the Creative DisSigns thread and get some ideas from there and even request someone to make them for you (they will do it for FREE - just takes them some time). You can also go to the links in their posts and see all the ones they have made and maybe borrow/steal/fix them for your own good! :-)

Here is the link: http://www.disboards.com/forumdisplay.php?f=105

Ill be happy to share what I did with you. Just send me a PM and I'll email you my PDF and Powerpoint files that I created!

Signing off for real this time - computer battery dying!!

Looking at the Budget website, I don't think it will work out. Perhaps I can encourage him when we rent to ask if any Mustang's are available.

We had a ford mustang 2010 while we were in California this summer. It was a jazzy car.
