I'm not quite understand the whole anger thing over changing the ports due to storm conditions. Do they want to go to the stormy islands instead? Would they rather the cruise cancelled and rescheduled? The way I see it, a double dip cruise is "da bomb" and I'd have no prob with being diverted to Castaway Cay for an entire week!

Thats my attitude as well. Although, I have always wanted to do an Eastern itinerary and after 2 cruises and 2 Western itineraries, I really want to get to the east.

In saying that, safety is always first. Get me on the ship thats all I care!

It looks like there is a chance that Bill could have some affect on Eastern New England.

I agree about the anger thing. But then again, I've never been to the Carribean so I don't think I would know what I'm missing. I'd probably be a little miffed and disappointed (I mean - who wouldn't after all this planning) but I'm sure I'll be well fed and taken care of!

I just got an email from AirTran asking about a simple change to my return flight. We are now leaving at 11:00 AM on 11/1. Originally it was 12:30, then went to 10:30, now 11:00.

This works well as we will get our rental van around 9:00 on 10/31, and have to return it to MCO around 9:00.

Yeah I am not concerned about it. In fact, it is almost perfect in my opinion. Does anyone know how AirTran's on board food is? Is it food for purchase? I don't think we will grab lunch at MCO, so I will hope to be able to buy something decent. If not, I'll eat good in Maine when we get home at 2:15.

That's how I feel. I really want to get to the Eastern as the islands are more mountainous and are more scenic by geological standards anyway then the flat islands in the West.

If there is a diversion, I will just go along with it happily and steer clear of the excursion desk. I know the western islands well enough to go on my own!

I suspect Burnley will put up more of a show on wednesday night than that shower of tripe did today,Karen tell Neil to go to as many games as he can this year because Birminghams stay in the big boys league on today's showing is going to be very short lived......

Nite Angie and good luck tomorrow. I just took Julia to the dentist yesterday to have her back teeth sealed. After the hygenists were finished she was rinsing her mouth at the sink. When she turned around the dentist had walked into the room and Julia said in a VERY SASSY voice "WHAT ARE YOU DOING IN HERE?" I was mortified!

Sean has only had one cavity ever, and he's 19 now.
He's been having his teeth sealed since he was old enough to get them done.
It is the best money ever spent

Definitely. Somehow my kids think if they have any money at all they can go in a store and "buy" whatever they want. The other week Harrison found 36 cents in the parking lot as we were going into Target. Somehow he bought 3 little monster trucks with that 36 cents! I am such a sucker!!!
