Simple nail clippers will do the job Steve.

That's a good idea. I'll probably pack all that stuff in a box tonight so I don't forget.

but we'd dress her up in a nice red dress.:rolleyes1:rotfl::rotfl2:

OUCH! A pic I did not want in my head

And I did this

Very nice composition. Too bad that there were ppl in the background, it would have been perfect.

Can someone tell me how the heck I was supposed to get any work done today at work with this parked right outside my window.....ALL DAY?

P1000238-1.jpg

Wow! I wouldn't have gotten any work done either!!!! Those are the statues they had all over the place for Mickey's 75th birthday :goodvibes

so is everyone going to all the shows this cruise?
we're thinking of skipping a couple just so we can go on moonlite walks around the ship.
i've been promised smoochers, and smoochers i shall have.:rolleyes1

We want to take Kira to all the shows. Not sure if she will sit for the whole thing but we will grab some end seats and try. And we will try for the matinees when they have them :thumbsup2

Hope the carpet is cream again.:thumbsup2 Week before last I came home to not 1 but 2 full pitchers of red Kool Aid spilt. The first one was on the floor so they made another. (They had "cleaned up" the first one) The next one was on the counter. It went down the front, into drawers, into cabinets, between the cabinets and fridge.......To say the least I was not a happy mommy that evening.:sad2::mad::headache: I just keep reminding myself......I love Julia, I love Julia, I love Julia.:rotfl2:

OMG!!! At least you kept your cool ;)

tis why i'm bringing scissors.pirate: to cut out peoples names.:rolleyes1
:lmao:

Can I just share a pet peeve of mine really quick??

Ok, just saw a really cute movie about high school and a battle of the bands. Without giving anything away (since I know you are all going to RUSH out to see the movie tomorrow)....

Why does Hollywood cast a 30 year old actor to play a 17 year old (when most of the other actors can probably PASS for 17....but a a little bit older?)

I LOVE this particular actor, but seriously - just looked it up and he is 30.... playing a senior in high school...

Sorry - just bugged me a bit! (Silly things, eh??)

Angie, which movie was it and who was the actor???

Anyone???

Bueller?

Bueller?

:rolleyes1

Guess I'm the only one with no life today

I'm here but I'm also at work, so I'm only checking in once in a while. but I've been surprised at how slow the board is today.

Hiya Steve :wave2: Are Stuart and Leah getting excited about the cruise?

I'm here, too!

Hi!

No life for me today either, Cass! Other than laundry, cleaning and a grouchy teenage son!

Yay, Hi Sheri :wave2:

Oh yeah...I got laundry in the dryer that I forgot about :headache:

My girl is completely involved in playing with her new Polly Pocket Aurora that we bought this morning at Walmart

So, I am over on the dining reviews board drooling over Disney good :goodvibes

They are. they love cutting links off the chain. I've kept mum about MNSSHP though. I'll let them figure things out while we are on their way to WDW.

Leah LOVES her Polly Pockets. She's slowly moving on to Barbies now, but she will still get them out on occasion and play with them. In Fact, a broken PP appeared on my desk a few days ago. Subtle hint to fix it.

Made ressies today for Whispering Canyon Cafe for dinner just before MNSSHP on Friday. Place looks great and I can't wait to sink my teeth into a Steak!

Mike asked that the Packers take it easy on the Browns today. I told him it wouldn't be a problem. :rotfl2:

we're watching the game. (not much of a game so far):sad2: pretty sure we saw nancy and the tuna in the stands with large slices of cheese on their heads.:rotfl2::laughing:

Angie, which movie was it and who was the actor???

Cass- the movie was BandSlam - cute tweenie movie. The actor was Scott Porter. Not a well known guy, but he played on one of my favorite shows - Friday Night Lights (again... a high schooler...)

It was kind of obvious how much older he was than all the other actors in the movie. Made me giggle a bit... but then again, I hear that Jason Earles - who plays Hannah Montana's brother Jackson on the show is actually 33 and is married!! :rotfl:

Steve,

Becca (who is 7..will be 8) LOVES her Polly Pockets. We take them to church and they keep her occupied the whole time. It's really cute. She has a lot of barbies, but would rather play with the Polly Pockets.

I know she'll be excited to play with Leah!

Oohhh - their food is SOOOOOO good!!!! We went there last time we were at WDW. We had the misfortune of not having a good server - especially when we saw all the other tables around us having such great waiters. But, the food was good. :wizard: Hoping for a good server!

I GIVE UP!!!!!!!

The girls and I have been working on part of the FE gifts all afternoon and have had so much fun doing so. Since we were in a cruise kind of mood, I decided to start making my fish extender. I followed the directions for the "no-sew" kind and after 4 hours of working on it, I have to say....

It looks like my 2nd grader could make one better. :rotfl2:

So, after putting it almost all the way together, I realized - there is no salvaging it and it REALLY looks bad (I mean REALLY!!)

Ebay.... here I come. That's what I get for trying to save a few bucks. The $30 FE (had I purchased it on ebay FIRST) ended up costing me about $70 (+ my time!!!) Oh well - now I know that's not one of my strength! :headache:

;)Hello Everyone :wave2:

I finally have time to catch up. I have had my grandma & uncle Bob visiting from Florida since last Friday. It was nice seeing them. It is getting so hard for my grandma to travel, that I think this might be the last time see makes its back home to WI. All that means it that there will be a lot more trips to the sunshine state in the future :woohoo: The next time I will see them is on the cruise!!!

I need to catch up....

Lisa

Ahh, ok thanks Angie. I hate it when they do that! :sad2:

And I hate it too when Gerard uses an American accent!!! :lmao: That man could recite the alphabet in his accent and have my attention for hours ;)

I'll bet they get along. Leah is pretty social. My Stuart is the same age as Becca so they'll be in the same Kid Club.

Laura thought that she might try her hand at one, but after she procrastinated a bit I just went ahead and bought it off ebay. She was much happier about that.
