i needed a cruise fix so i went over to cass's website. looked at her 2005 pics.
cant believe its been 4 years since we met them.

4 years? Didn't you meet them in 2007?

Just a quick note. Walt and I are having a fantastic time here in Colorado. We have been to Mesa Verde. amazing. We went riding today in the amazing rock formations. wow. I felt like I was a midget. We had all kinds of weather today. cold, little cold, warm, little warm, rain, hail, sleet back to warm to cold then to rain and sleet. Weird weather here but Walt and I are really enjoying the ride and the USA. It has been lots of fun so far. Time for bed since I need to get up early to go ride the train from Durango to Silverton. It sounds like it will be alot of fun. talk to you all later. Diane

They met on a previous cruise in 05. Thats where Cass got the infamous photo of Robin hauling luggage from the car (I think.)

Hi everyone. I thought I'd have lots to read since I wasn't on last night, but I guess no one was on--except Number Boy. Sorry I missed you, Jeffy.

Crazy busy day yesterday, today is better. I am actually having lunch with friends of BoB today. Remember Kathy and her brother Father Frank? Well, they are here in Quantico with their folks for the annual SgtMaj's Picnic, so she PM'd me to have lunch--at the Marine Corps museum, nonetheless. It'll be good to meet them, since I missed her (and the other BoBers) at Christmas time at WDW. I wasn't feeling "up to par" the day we scheduled a meet.

Tonight we have a neighborhood block party/happy hour. It'll kill me not to have a drink but I think that's what did me in last week with weight loss.

Good morning everyone...Last day of VBS today!!! Don't get me wrong, its a great program, but the driving drives me crazy for some reason.

Anyone have any plans this weekend?? We don't have anything, but if the weather is good we may hit the beach. I did see that a B-17 is on Display at Hartford Brainard Airport. I may swing up there tomorrow to take a look.

Good Morning Everyone! We're off to Calgary for the weekend ... about a three hour drive so not too bad. Ron is meeting with some clients and hopefully we will sign another one, maybe two houses to build. Would appreciate any prayers for this. We've been steady, but really need another house or two in the near future.

We're also getting together with my family as today is my Mom's 60th Birthday Happy Birthday Mom (just in case she is lurking our there ... my parents have just started to tune into the DIS for our trip. I'm very glad that they are cruising with us!!!)

I got to go for a ride on a touring bike this week. It was fun. Old friends of Ron's stopped by for a visit and offered to loan us their bike so Ron & I could go on a road trip somewhere. It was a new experience for me but made me think of Walt & Di. I really enjoyed it and I'm thinking that we may take them up on their offer and hit the road for a few days while the kids are away at camp.

This is my first Eastern too, so I don't know what's most popular.

You might want to just look and see what you think would be fun. Are you beach people? Sightseeing people? Do you want something relaxed, or adventurous?

Woohoo! The last important thing to do for the cruise is done. I just made our ressies for MNSSHP. We are staying at Port Orleans Riverside. We got a great rate and since we are going to be at the hotel for a few hours, I wanted a decent pool. I may also rent a boat and take a ride.

A lot of us are doing the St John's Trunk Bay Beach Break. It's a mixed bag for St Maarten - Under two flags, skyride, beach party, etc, etc. I would just book what interests you.
