I'm sure you will get something.:thumbsup2 We were always able to book something at Rockin' Bar D.

I hope so, but I was also hoping to avoid the mad dash to get there and arrange it.

However, I am trying to tell my obsessive-planning self that Palo brunch will not make or break our cruise. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Parrot Cay has that awesome mixed grill. So good it makes you want to slap ya mama.

I ordered that the first couple times we cruised. That menu is my favorite. Much to choose from. Pirate Night would be my second best menu.

What did DCL say when you called them?

I got me a pair now. I feel so special.:thumbsup2

Put them in your jewlery box or your purse (Robin's preferred location for hers).:lmao:

Has anyone ever gone to Palo for dinner later on in the evening (after your regular seating)? I thought I read somewhere you could do this? I've also read you can go to Palo for just dessert?

????

Good evening! Just a quick post before True Blood comes on.
I was thinking of that one myself. Laura likes parrot cay. I really don't even remember that one.
Parrot Cay was my favorite restaurant last time. I enjoyed the Tropical menu, and we also were there for Pirate night so both of my favorite meals were in that restaurant. For tropical night (or whatever its called), I felt like I could roll out of the restaurant. The flavors were delightful!

I was told I could book Palo for myself and them (for example, I did get a dinner for my SIL and her DH, but I am also listed on the ressie-will take myself off after 75 days). I can only book shore excursions/spa for our stateroom. Of course, he also looked at brunches and they're all gone.

Wow are you all a lively group! It's going to take me several weeks to catch up on all these notes! :coffee:

Our family just booked for this cruise and we'd like to get connected:

Russell, Alysoun (me), DD (7), DS (4)

Please let me know the best approach.....

Thanks! Can't wait!
:yay:

Welcome Alysoun & family :welcome:!! My name is Lisa (aka Goofy4Ever) and I will be traveling with my better half, Quincy, DS Johnathan (14) and DSS Tyrin (114) as well as a bunch of extended family. My cousin is Firefighter Chris.

In case some of you don't know yet, the Magic has new menus now so I thought I would post a link for you in case you haven't seen them yet :thumbsup2

Thanks for posting this link Cass. So far it looks like I will not be eating much at AP.

yes. its good. but it not steak. disney doesnt want to upset my eating habits. :rolleyes1next thing you know they'll take bacon off the breakfast buffet.:scared1:

I am disappointed that they took the steak off the menu too. That is something I know my son would eat for sure. Oh god....if they take the bacon off the menu he might not eat :scared:

Don't say that around Chuck. :scared1:

Joanne, I do know that some of us have been planning on trying to sit together, but to my knowledge no one was coordinating that. It would be nice to have all of that info ready for just one call to dcl. I think that we may need to wait to coordinate until after the 75 day mark as to not mess anyones ressies up.

It can't be sent in until 30 days out .

Well, I just got back from a two hour drive. Chuck was bored so we went for a ride down to the lake front. I got a great picture of the coolest looking rainbow. Funny, we didn't see a drop of rain but the ground was all wet down there.

It was such a gorgeous night. We took Cabo along and just walked and walked.

Tons of folks with different strokes. :thumbsup2

Hmm, was it something I said?

(Gone for two hours and she kills the thread after two posts. It must be a record).
