We're fine here. The kids are actually quite ready for school to start--aug 19. Yes, they give us a hard time about not going with us, and I will feel guilty, but it's a challenge to pull them out of school and Rob and I have never been on a trip without them...

Yep, we've booked our excursions, but I think I'll be on here tomorrow night for all the excitement and to see what everyone has booked.

I am doing a little cleaning today too. Mostly laundry, though.

This is Olivia's first week off school, she doesnt go back until 5th September. This will be our last cruise as i dont want to take her out of school in the future. It is quite frowned upon and we have to get permission - which isnt always granted. We will just have to make the most of this one:cool1:
Enjoy your laundry, i'm vaccuming but keep popping back on here.

We havent paid our balance off yet plus we havent decided what excursions to do yet.

I noticed a couple of them increased quite a bit. I loved the Golden Eagle Catamarran. It's around $85 now. yikes!!!

Dolphin excursion was way too much for the amount of time that you get with them. I guess I'll have to go to Sea World. :thumbsup2

We just may bum around or lounge on a beach somewhere.

We are going to saphire beach after we ride the tram so you are welcome to share our taxi!!

Palo question:

So are we all going to try to book Palo brunch for Monday all on our own just in case we can't get that room for ourselves and then cancel if we do?:confused3

I think that is a good idea. PLus I have too many so I will have to see who the last ones were and may have to shorten our list.

Morning. Can I stay home with you today? I didn't get enough sleep.:sad2:

Me either.
Didn't fall asleep till 11:30pm and had to get up at 3:45.
This happens too often, so I'm kind of used to it.
Yesterday on my day off I slept 11 hours!:cloud9:

Good Morning,

Up early to water lawn...:confused3

ADR made for 10/22 at Le Cellier. Di and I love the cheese soup and bread selection

Yes, rice cooker. But don't use it, prefer the old method..One cup of rice and 2 cups of water in small pan. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmering. :thumbsup2

Chef Walt :cool1:

I'm with you Walt:thumbsup2

I think I am finally in that mental zone I need to take this off! :woohoo:

Yay Robin!:cool1:

I'm trying to be really good about doing my Turbo Jam DVD's.
Chalene Johnson is awesome, I really like her workouts and she also has some really good inspirational/motivational stuff on her blog and utube videos.

Hi Karen. Sorry your weather is lousy. Come on over to my house. I just put some coffee on. :surfweb: It's been awesome weather here. Not too hot, but hot enough for swimming. Last night we had a pretty big thunderstorm, Cass and Nancy would have loved it! I was happy it was at night; and my plants don't need watering today.

Me too! :woohoo: I love thunder storms and rainy days too!:yay:

I think I may have posted it before, but since I'm so excited I'll post it again!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana::banana:

St. Maarten:
AM:
Under 2 Flags Tour (Susan and me)
12 Meter Regatta (Pete and Steve)
PM:
Afternoon Beach Bash (Pete, Me, Thomas, Steve, Susan)

St. Thomas:
Doubloon Sail and Snorkel
Skyride to Paradise Point

Castaway Cay:
Stingrays

Have I mentioned I'm getting really excited about the cruise???:rotfl2:

Is it worth getting a babysitter?

I'm actually thinking about a few of those too.
The afternoon beach bash in St Maarten
(so that does leave enought time in the AM to do other things?)

then on St Thomas/St John
we're thinking about that Doubloon Sail and snorkel, but I did want to go to St John and Trunk Bay......
I don't know.... it just seems like such a long ride to go to that beach for 1 1/2 hours:headache:
We might just do Magen's Bay on our own, just because it's closer and we could stay there longer.

Definetly want to do that skyride to paradise point though.

So we might catch up with you guys at the afternoon beach bash in Orient beach:thumbsup2

Hi Jen and Paige

Nice to see some one else on.
We arrive on the 17th and have booked a villa for the week.
We are not staying at the Radisson now the night before.
We have cancelled our booking.
Cas - could you take our names off the Bob-igator for the radisson.:thumbsup2

We won't be at the Radisson either, Cath. We are staying at the port, but at LaQuinta (it's free-we have points with them). But if we are there early enough, we will track down the group.:yay:

Yes, you both have to come over to the Radisson so we can all party together!:woohoo::grouphug:

Rose,

According to the information Paige looked up for me, the Afternoon beach bash is at 1:30 - the under 2 flags tour and 12 meter regatta both end a little before noon. I think they set up the afternoon one so you could do 2 different things.

I thought about St. John, but it's a long ride to the beach, and we'll have Thomas. I don't know how well those 2 things will go together. Plus, my MIL wants to do some shopping, so we want a couple free hours!

There are SO many choices!!!

On my way Paige:goodvibes - I dfont drink coffee, but I'll bring my own teabag:rotfl:

Oh dont start me thinking again. We're doing Trunk Bay - I figure I'll probably never get there again so I may as well make the most of this trip, but I agree, I'd like longer on that beach.

I hope to do Paradise point once we get back.

howdy Walt called at 745 to make sure we woke up for our continental breakfast. It was quite crowded. Now everyone is taking a shower and then we will go to park for lunch. sandwiches and chips. Then game at 200. Their team lose yesterday but played very well. Alittle outsized. They made my Elijah look like a midget and he is no way one. They have two games today so I will probably get back on later on tonite. Have a great day!!!!!! good job Robin in your weight loss. Everyone else keep up the hard work. We are all in the same boat. It is really hard when you live on the road like me. Diane

Is that on St Thomas? St John?
How long to get there Joanne?
And have you been there before?

It's on st thomas, in May when we were there it wasn't crowded and I believe It was about 15-20 min.

Later Cass...Enjoy BB. Mike's losing his babe tonight. :rotfl2:

I will have to watch it tonight as we were at the movies :thumbsup2

We are working on our FE and the gifts. There are so many things that we could get... it is so hard to decide. I can't believe the amazing things that people have made in the past... especially Cass' scrapbooks. They were amazing! It has been so much fun planning and getting ready for this trip!!!pirate:
Jennifer

Hahaha, I am not doing scrapbooks this trip :sad2: :scared: :rotfl2: Whatever you do will be just fine :goodvibes

What did you think of the movie Cass?

It was good. Kind of hard to critique this movie because it's not like a typical movie. For what it was, it was good and I LOVED Jim Broadbent in it, he was awesome :thumbsup2:goodvibes Let's just say I am looking forward to the very last one to tie everything up. :rolleyes1

I'd love to try some of these restaurants, but can you see Mike eating at some of these places? hmmmmm...:rotfl2:

Disney is very accommodating to all it's guests, Mike would have no problem really!

Is it worth getting a babysitter?

Guess it depends on how big a Harry Potter fan you are ;)

I've sadly taken both your names off the Radisson list :sad1:
